My husband was here but I think he told them what was wrong and he tighten up, the toilet was loose the back was loose I think he was suppose to give us a estimate to get some other things done but so far we haven't gotten any estimate yet but he did tighten that up so we appreciate that but we suppose to get an estimate to get some other things done and so far we haven't gotten anything yet. Because we thought he could fix a leak for us and the leak was the toilet it was the back of the toilet it wasn't connected properly so he did do that but there was another leak that's in the house and that was from another part of the bathroom and he was suppose to give us an estimate to fix it and it's still leaking. We already had a toilet out and he just put the new one in so I think we paid him I believe ninety nine dollars or something like that. Well he did the job but see he didn't tighten the toilet that was we had fixed recently the toilet seat thing the part were the water goes that part I guess he didn't tighten it all the way, he put it in but it was kind of loose and we're thinking that's suppose to be that loose and then we replaced an old one that was really flushed against the wall and then the new one had some space so weren't sure how that suppose to go it kind of have a little give to it and we realize later that it's not suppose to have any give that's what we just had fixed recently we had to have a guy come out and he tightened it up. We he did he came out when he suppose to he did the work he just didn't tighten it up all the way and we didn't know that's suppose to be the way it was until later so he just could have been more thorough.

A purchased a "deal" from Angie's list. Derek came out and inspected a 16 year old toilet that was not flushing properly and suggested it be replaced, a less expensive alternative to repair. Derek came out a second time to install the new toilet; he had to make a trip to Home Depot to purchase the correct size of water hose at no extra charge to me. He also fixed a clogged shower head that I thought I might have to replace. He was responsive and easy to work with. Both the toilet and shower head work fine.

"This is 100% not true. When I showed up, there were vice grips on te faucet itself. Unfortunately the customer was under the impression that $39 would fix every plumbing problem in the house. I am sorry things didn't work out. I do stand by my work, and would be more than happy to correct any mistake I made."

It was okay. He was in and out really quick. It was a very easy thing that he had to do, then he left. He completed the job in, like, 10 minutes. I purchased it for an hour. He did the one job and it was fixed but as far as staying for his additional time, he didn't care. He got the one thing done. The price was good. That's why I chose him but for what I got, it was a B. He had to cancel and he claimed he lost his cell phone so he did not call me when he was supposed to. The next day, he came out earlier than I had told him to.

My Kitchen sink was leaking. Derrick discovered is was my faucet that was the problem. He offered to buy replacement part and fix it. Then recommended if i wanted to change the whole thing now would be the time which was a great idea because I've been wanting a new one. So I bought a new touch faucet, and he installed it for me the same day.

The service was fine. I only paid the $39 for the big deal so the price was fine. He had my appointment on the wrong date, so that was an issue.
