Excellent. Very easy to work with and top quality work. I have hired many contractors and Matt was by far the most quality oriented. This job required plumbing, electrical, new walls and a lot of tile. you will not go wrong hiring Matt and his crew.

F.A.S.T. Property Services did a complete master bath remodeling project for us. At our first interview, Matthew Smith fully explained everything to us using terms we could easily understand. We asked Matthew many questions which he patiently and pleasantly answered. He even gave us helpful suggestions as to how the project could be improved-things we never even considered. This gave us confidence that Matthew was an experienced contractor who had done many projects like ours enough times to foresee and prevent the usual problems that customers can run into. As promised, he got back to us promptly with a quote. He was willing to work with us as to a starting date that was mutually agreeable. He told us up front what his payment terms were which we found to be reasonable. Matthew and employee Stephen started the project on time. Ever respectful for our home, they set up tarps every A.M. and kept dust to a minimum. They cleaned up every day, removing the tarps before they left. During the project, they were open to any questions we had, and they patiently answered all our questions to our satisfaction. As Matthew Smith said to us countless times, “We want you to be happy with the results.” One of our concerns was the removal of our Jacuzzi tub. Some contractors that we interviewed told us that our Jacuzzi had to be cut up and removed in pieces, creating extra dust, increased costs, and possibly increasing the risk of damages to our home. Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smith’s tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12! We were very pleased with the results and we would not hesitate to hire Matthew and Stephen for future projects. They both were honest and courteous, pleasant, careful, respectful and did an incredible job. What more could you ask for in a contractor?

Beautifully!!!!! They gutted the bathroom and started from scratch, even having to replace the plywood for the floor as it had rot spots from old water leaks and repairs. F.A.S.T. Contracting's workers (Mike and Steve) are very knowledgeable and efficient. Replacing the floor took a couple of days but they were still able to finish the job in the estimated time frame. I would highly recommend Matt and his crew for any job needing done around a house. *Please disregard the dates on the photos

Matt and his crew were great, always on time, worked efficiently, kept the work site, clean and safe and worked with us every step of the way. The breakfast counter that Matt designed and built for our small kitchen is just perfect for the space.

Excellent! I am really pleased with the result. The work was quickly, neatly, and professionally performed.

It looks fantastic! I love my (semi) new kitchen! Ed came to give us the estimate and we worked with him through most of the project but the rest of the guys were great too. They were willing to do what we wanted done instead of trying to talk us into something easier. We also have 2 big dogs who can get underfoot but all of the guys seem to be dog lovers so everything worked out fine. Our house was built in the 50s with solid wood Coppes Napanee cabinets and a Chambers copper oven and cooktop. We didn't want to gut the whole kitchen. It just needed a few upgrades. They took off the upper cabinets (without damaging them) and re-installed them closer to the ceiling and added a great looking crown molding. They replaced the semi-functioning electric cooktop with a gas one but kept the copper facing of the original. The backsplash looks amazing! Thanks Matt! The countertop got held up by the manufacturer but Ed worked hard to get it in 1 week instead of 3. The job ended up taking 2 weeks instead of 1 but it was well worth it. Even though there's not much to see in the way of the electrical system upgrade, I feel like our house is much safer than it was. We would definitely hire this company again. Ed and Matt and all of the rest of the guys were personable and do really great work.

Excellent, we love the quality of the Fast work, and the ideas Matt Smith brought to the job! Matt was on time every day, work was completed as scheduled, and the job site was always cleaned each evening at the end of the work day. Everyone compliments our remodeled home! His pricing was extremely reasonable! We love everything he did!

Went very smoothly. They were clean and very meticulous. I am very happy with my new wayerproof walk in shower and everyone loves it. It feels like I am in a spa everytime I go in there. They also did a tile floor and tiled backsplash in my kitchen. Very happy with the work. Thanks guys!!

I have had terrible contractors at my home before. However, this experience was different. The quality of work was outstanding and i am constantly getting compliments on my bathroom. For me though, customer service is the most important attribute that i look for when work is being performed on my home. FAST contracting took care of everything in a timely matter and prices were comparible to competitors. My home and schedule were respected and they did everything they could to make sure that my family was comfortable during construction. There was very little mess and everything was cleaned up quickly. I have recommended FAST Contracting to my friends and plan to have them work on my kitchen in the early fall.
