The first time he diagnosed the problem with my woofer and the second time he diagnosed the problem with my outside stereo speakers. While he couldn't fix the woofer because of a defective amplifier, he was able to solve my problem in regard to speakers

Fastech can fix problems faster than you can because they know xfinity remote but given time you could solve these problems but any big they cannot solve. Not worth the money

Horrible . Fastech picked up TV at my home with what I was told by Sony to be a power source issue .Fastech told me It was a led strip inside tv , Got a call that screen was broken during repair Making my $4500 televisión a expensive paper weight

"Mr. [Member Name Removed]’s TV had defective led’s ,requiring panel replacement ( part not available ) We suggested attending to replace led”s before service we warned him that because of the size of TV screen 85” there was a possibility of damage attempting this type of repair, he agreed to take a chance ( even with our most carefull attention unfortunately the screen got damage) the unit was returned to him and was only charged $160 not the amount he claims"

The service was exceptional, in miami were service and vendors can be a challenge at times, he was responsive, professional, punctual and got the tv fixed and repaired quickly. I cannot praise enough, I would hire again in a heart beat. Thank you.

EVEN THOUGH HE COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM OF MY TV, HE WAS VERY UPFRONT ABT HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST FOR THE PARTS NEEDED. I FELT IT WAS NOT WORTH THE COST. HE ONLY CHARGED A PORTION FOR HIS LABOR.

The picture on my approximately 15 year-old Panasonic projection tv went haywire. From reading the manual, I deduced that the problem was the convergence. Colors were spread out, faded or lost, and the picture blurry. Frank responded quickly and made an appointment for the next day. He said I needed two convergence IC's. He kept me informed when a tool he needed to install the IC's was not readily available so that he needed to delay the next visit by one day. On both visits he called to let me know that he was on his way. He was reliable and true to his word. All went well and I would use his services again.

Frank was excellent. He called immediately and came in two days, reviewed the issue, gave us an explanation without being pushy, and quoted his estimate. He told us the part would come in 4 to 5 days, and it was exactly so, and he came the following day to install and put our TV back in working order with all connections. Great Service!

Great service, 70 inch Sharp got hit by lighting , needed new power supply and new main board, Frank got it taking care of . Will hire again.

Frank was punctual, professional & honest. My only complaint was after he figured out the projector worked it was just unplugged through my attic (which he attempted to try hook back up) still charged me $185.50. Thought that was a big number.
