I strongly advise against using this company due to their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. I purchased an adjustable base with an extended warranty and filed a claim on January 29. After numerous calls to Fast Furniture (dba/aka SCHATZMAN CLAIM SERVICE), a technician was finally sent on February 21. They claimed they have no control over subcontractor scheduling, despite being responsible for the service provided. I received the required repair part on March 18 and still have not been contacted to schedule the repair. The technician has read my texts but has not responded or returned my calls. I purchased this bed due to a medical condition and have now gone over two months without proper sleep. My health is suffering, and the company refuses to take accountability or ownership of my claim.

If I could give us company negative stars, I would. I am a customer from a warranty company and they have rescheduled me at least four times. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled. I have been dealing with this company since February and our final appointment was supposed to be April 7th. Every time they reschedule the appointment. If they can’t even show up to do the job what’s the point? I called the phone number listed. Nobody answers. They say text them that’s the fastest response but yet all they wanna do is apologize that nobody can come out even though they have a set schedule.

He came back a few times and everything went well. He was able to do some of the work in my house, but had to take a few pieces with him because of deep gouges.  He was courteous, prompt and did a great job.  I would use him again and recommend him to my friends. <br />

My daughter's platform bed was damaged in a move.  It was loaded on something that poked holes in the bottom of the cabinetry and the bottoms of the one of two drawers.  Jeff responded right away to the initial request for service and we scheduled a time about a week later.  On the day before our appointment he called to confirm the time.  He arrived in a timely manner, inspected the damage and went to work.  During the course of the repair he noticed one of the three legs was missing from the bed, so he fixed that as well.  The cabinetry is better now. He used plywood where before was some sort of very thin pressboard, it didn't even look like wood.  One of the drawers was not damaged, so the interiors don't match exactly, but the new drawer bottom is very nice.  It is nicer than just plain plywood.  It is interior drawers so the bottoms not matching doesn't matter.  I have already contracted with him to do some other repairs.  I discussed replacing the pulls on a cabinet and he directed me to a website where I can purchase and replaced the pulls myself, rather than paying him to do it.  I appreciate his saving me some money when he could have ordered the parts, added a mark-up and labor. <br />

Jeff Schatzman, owner, was very prompt....and did not take long to do his repairs.  I would definitely use him again. <br />
