Avraham was the consummate professional and expeditiously returned my call on a major holiday (Labor Day) when I reached out to him and explained my emergency. I reside in NJ and my elderly mother who resides in NY - had a medical crises which resulted in the Fire Department breaking her door locks in order to enter allowing EMS to come to her aid when she could not open the door for her Home Health Aide as a result of falling. Logistically I had to get to NY to stay with my mother as Avraham gave me the choice to come that evening or the following morning as he provided recommendations for each choice . I spoke with the FIrefighter who informed me that while he had to break two of my mother's lock, he was able to leave one lock undisturbed - however the stability of the door was greatly compromised with a huge amount of slack and the existing lock was off track -but able to barely lock. I arranged to have pictures sent to the locksmith and explained the door status as Avraham automatically inquired about it. It was during our discussion that I learned of Avraham's vast knowledge concerning locks and doors and I was impressed with his insights from experience as well as how he took pride in his craft after vetting two other locksmiths. Once my mother was stabilized, I decided and arranged for Avraham to arrive very early Tuesday morning and to give me a heads up call 1/2 hour prior to arriving. Avraham called as agreed, arrived on-time, installed a highly secure well known multi lock cylinder along with deadbolt, managed to miraculously align the door seamlessly with the new installation, and provided wise advice to discourage the use of an old chain lock - as Avraham explained to my mother and I - her chain lock which was broken could be a death trap and highly recommending removing it. He candidly made it abundantly clear that he unfortunately encountered many worse case scenarios with chain locks and senior citizens who had them installed to their detriment. Avraham also provided professional recommendations on another locking system that was still in tack but very tricky to operate. He took his time and with great patience spoke with my elderly mother and I. My mother and I highly recommend Avraham and would not hesitate to use his professional services again should the need for a locksmith ever arise again. I thank God that for taking care of my mother and we both thank God for Avraham as he provided my family with peace of mind, safety, and took his time to ensure that his work was done with perfection. The service was perfect. The repairman showed up on time. It was a complicated job and I'm guessing it took more time than expected. But he took it all in stride with a great attitude. The work was well done and well worth the money. I would recommend them to others.

It was great service. He was on time, friendly. It was quick and easy, but I locked the door accidentally after he opened it, since I was afraid of my dog would hurt him. And I did not even realized. He had to unlocked for me again and didn’t charge me again. Thank God. Wonderful job

Avi arrived very promptly on a Saturday night when we realized we had both forgotten our keys and were locked out of our apartment (along with our infant son). He was able to quickly get us back into the apartment and install a new lock for us. Avi was very professional the entire time and courteous to our family. We appreciate his prompt service

After an exhausting day at work, coming home, realized I was locked out of my apt. Probably the worst emotional experience that a human being can go through. This is the first time I've ever had to call a locksmith, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Avi came when he said he would, which was in 30-40 minutes. He was professional and went right to work, it didn't take him too long to replace the lock. I had a great experience!!!

I need an extra security on my door , I call fast locksmith and they send a locksmith the same day , avi came and install a high security cylinder with 3 keys and ID card . Good job I’m very happy.

I called them, they came in a timely manner but charged my husband way too much. I purchased the Angie's List deal for a service call. I already had my lock so the only thing they had to do was install it. They charged my husband 353 dollars to do this. This was a total rip off and I hope others will see this as well and beware of their business practice.. I told this company in advance that I had the lock and the service call deal but it didn't matter with this service provider. They obviously had a price in mind for what they wanted and that's what they charged my husband who is handicapped and didn't fully understand. I will never use them again. After complaining, they did refund me 75 dollars.

The customer service and work done was great. I had to replace an old magnet system for my front two doors and received a new sercuretech lock. The job was done in a prompt and well informed way. Tom explained the job before hand and kept me informed along the way.

Avi and his associate Shai were very courteous, prompt and professional all at a great price. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Avi is TERRIFIC. He responds quickly and is very service-oriented. He came to my office in the timeframe agreed, and helped me determine what the best option for my new office space was. The lock was installed in under 30 minutes. Also, I needed 17 keys and after installation, he hurried off and made me 14 extra keys within the hour. And he's just a super nice guy. You don't often get service like this in NYC. This is my second time using Avi (first time was in Dec 2016 for my home lock which suddenly stopped working and I needed immediate assistance. I knew I liked him then as he was fast in resolving my mini-emergency and was nice about it. His pricing seems fair to me, based on having had several multi-locks installed both at home and at my office. (Note: the approximate cost of service included the multi-lock, the installation AND 14 extra keys -- which is why it seems high).

Avi came very quickly, was extremely professional and his pricing was fair. When I needed extra keys, he brought them right to me in practically no time at all. He is knowledgeable and not only WOULD I hire him again, I intend to hire him to change the locks on my office when I move this month! He's great. Would highly recommend.

Avi did a fabulous job. He was on time, professional, not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. Switched the locks. Gave us options about one of the second locks. After installed, he made sure the door closed perfectly in the frame and the keys/locks were working perfectly as well. He exceeded my expectations and didn't charge an arm and a leg.

An emergency required having my mom's locks replaced immediately. Avi was there in about half an hour with a variety of locks to chose from. He was pleasant and patient, and did a thorough job and really seemed to take pride in the job he did, and it really showed.

Mike was great. I'd had an appointment with his company scheduled for tomorrow morning, but he called this evening & said he was just finishing a job in the neighborhood, if I wanted him to come by this evening, so I said sure. He gave me a couple of options for the replacement of my apartment door's top lock/deadbolt, and was willing to work with me on pricing. The fitting on the door that the lock had to fit into was an odd shape, but he made it work without much trouble. He even had 4 keys for the new lock available, so that I don't have to go get spare copies made. I used an Angie's List coupon that the company offered. Would definitely recommend him to others in NYC who need a friendly, knowledgable, quick, skilled locksmith.
