FAST & NEAT PAINTING COMPANY

He really worked really hard. He did a good painting job. It wasn't like a couture painting job, you know what I mean? It wasn't like a high end everything perfect, but most people would be very happy with his work. He painted a rental. I offered him a bonus to do a deadline so he finished well within the deadline. He worked long hours to get it done on time so we could get a tenant in. He was very responsive and easy to get in touch with him. The price was right; he was very competitive price wise.

Eugene Roberts was very prompt to get back to me and was more than willing to come out to my house in a timely fashion to look at the job. He has a lot of experience and was right on with how much paint for me to get and how long it would take to patch, prime and give 2 coats of paint.. Eugene was meticulous with all aspects of the job from taping off , patching, and all aspects of painting.  Everything was covered and protected and the finished job looked terrific.  I would definitely use him again. <br />

Eugene was very punctual both for giving estimates and doing the job. He was very thorough putting down drop cloths in bedroom and in hallways. He was methodical with the job, starting with spackling and painting the trim and doors with 2 coats and cutting in around the trim, moldings, fixtures, etc. Second day he put one 2 coats on the walls and ceiling. He is a hard working man and does not need watching.  The job came out great and I would definitely use his services again. <br />

He is very good. His company name really explains his service. He really is fast and neat, but is also reasonably priced.

I left numerous notes for the painters as I saw things I wanted changed, corrected or re-done. They were very accommodating, always doing the work I asked for. They worked hard and were able to accomplish everything I asked for in about a week.

They showed up on time and started right away. There where three guys working as a team. The boss told me he be back in a hour. He came back 5 hours later. I said that was a long hour he reply that he had to stop at Home Depot. He had to get more of the Brunt Brick that I supplied for I was to supply the wall paint which was my choice. I was told it be done in two day when he came to give estimate. The morning he showed up I was told he would be done in a day, but because he had a problem with the dark paint it took two long days. The second day one guy came back and worked really hard but still the wall looked bad that had the dark paint. The boss came later and was here for about two hours. Very nice people not good with red tint paint. I went with the best price and I feel got a low value paint job.

Mr. Roberts brought a large crew of polite, quiet, NONSMOKING workers. Eugene himself oversaw the process and kept a close watch on the painters. Did little "extras" free. Was always reliable and on time. All I can say is, "WOW, my house looks great!"

They called me back promptly. The owner takes pride in his work. Even after they finished, I had a little mishap (my tub leaked) it messed up my ceiling and they came back fixed it for me at no additional cost.

SCHEDULING WAS EASY, AND QUICK. ONE TRIP TO SELECT COLORS, ESTIMATE THE AMOUNT OF PAINT NEEDED, AND TAPE OFF TRIM AREAS. TWO TRIPS TO APPLY THE THREE COATS OF PAINT TO THE THREE ROOMS. FURNITURE WAS MOVED BY THE PAINTERS AS NEEDED, AND DROP CLOTHS WERE LAID TO PROTECT EVERYTHING. WE WERE MOST PLEASED BY HOW QUICKLY, AND NEATLY SUCH A COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
