We had a major backup on a Sunday morning and FAST was able to respond very quickly. Spencer came out and from the start it was obvious he was professional, diligent and friendly and was not going to stop working (or charge anything) until he had resolved the problem. Which was good, because as it turned out, it was not a run-of-the-mill issue. Spencer was able to diagnose that the main sewer line was damaged at the street, and once he dug it out, it was obvious Frontier had bored right through it when they buried their fiber optic cable a few weeks earlier. Spencer worked straight through several 85+ degree days to get the pipes dug up and repaired. If everyone at FAST is this dedicated, they will be very successful. I don't know if FAST is the cheapest, but they were a good value from my point of view, based on the quality of the work, complexity of the problem, emergency responsiveness and multi-day job starting on a Sunday morning.

FAST of Florida replaced our entire AC unit. First, they undersold the size of the unit, then sold us a thermostat they are unable to deliver. We were then sold duct work that was never able to be completed. The AC salesman Mike, has no clue what he sold us and made promises of work that his company would ever be able to deliver. We are awaiting a partial refund from FAST and it has been over a month with no refund issued. The AC unit has now failed inspection twice with us receiving no communication from FAST. This is a terrible company with terrible communication. They tell you what you want to hear, then never fulfill. I would rather live in the summer months of Florida without AC than use FAST of Florida again.

They did a great job and they are the only one who consider doing the job.

Well I guess under the circumstances I'd give them an "A" for overall service. I'd definitely give them an "A" for quality. I'd give them an "A" for punctuality too. To get people to show up on time is sometimes a miracle or to show up at all.

It was excellent. We moved here in 1988 and they’ve been maintaining my air conditioning all these years. They were fast and courteous and do good work.

It went very well and Dan was very pleasant to deal with.  He had come the week before and diagnosed the problem but did not charge us for the first call!  We were very pleased! <br />

They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. We have hired them to do more work in the future. They will come out the same day and do anything to help you. Their prices are fair.

<p>Our air conditioner stopped working Fri evening of Memorial Day Weekend. On Sat AM it ran for a while but quickly stopped working. We called FAST , who originally installed the unit and have serviced it in the past, at about 11:15 AM. We we're told a service man would be there between 1:00 - 5:00 PM. There would be an extra $40 weekend service charge.</p> <p>Just before 5:00 PM, Ray, the service man appeared. He was cheerful, friendly and relaxed. We later learned he had been on 8 other service calls before ours. He went right to work and quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out capacitor. With in less than 1 hr. , our house was cool again.</p> <p>We have used FAST in the past for air conditioning problems and have been very pleased. We have had Ray as the service man before. He is outstanding. He is always friendly, cheerful, professional and very competent.</p> <p>Although FAST's air conditioning service is excellent, we have found their electrical service to be of a lesser quality. <p>I did not have a good experience with them. I rent so they insisted my landlord put down a $225 deposit. The man came and he could not figure out which one blew into my condo. He went up and did the one closest to the roof access. I talked to our president and he told me that they serviced the wrong unit. I called them and they told me I was wrong.  The deposit was exactly what the bill was. Nobody would call me back and they told me they did the right one. They acted really snide and unprofessional.  They would not offer to send anyone else out. </p>

<p>Our house was built in the 1920's and any repair is difficult. This job was done in two days. The first day the repair man was prompt, friendly and professional. He had to crawl under the house to diagnose the problem and figure out how to repair it. He returned the next day with a helper and completed the job. Given the age of our house, this was a difficult job. They had to drill through an outside wall into our kitchen to install the new electrical circuits.</p> <p>They did fix the problem and did a good job in a difficult situation. However, they lost points with me for two reasons. When they reconnected the garbage disposal, they connected it in a way that blocks the hose to the spray on our sink. We can barely use our sink spray hose to rinse things. Secondly, They left a cigarette but on our back steps where they were working. Apart from smoking on the job, it's unprofessional to leave litter behind.</p> <br />

We request a certain serviceman because they send here a number of times and that's who they send. He takes care of our system when we are gone towards half of the year and they come out to make sure everything is okay when we are away. We have lived here 35 years and so we have just always had them in two different houses. They are always polite, professional and on time. When they come out and check the system everything looks great so I think they are fine.

<p>System has been working ever since. </p> <p>I have an annual contract with the company. I have had this since 2009. I have always been happy with the service. They approach this customer by trying to solve the problem by eliminating possible small fixes before rushing to a bigger solution. I appreciate this process as the costs for repairs can be reduced if the smaller fix works.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

They got the job done in a timely manner. Will use them again in the future if the need arises. <br />
