Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
On June 26th, crew of 2 spent about 49 min on roof to prime and on the 27th, the provider showed to collect the money and I asked were the crew that was apply the silicone and he saud they already did but I was home nd I never saw them. He told me I would have an $89 card charge that he didn;t put in contract. A few days later; it rained and my wall and wood floor were trshed with water runnung down wall on expebsive mettalic paint. He never offered to fix the damage he caused. I asked for a refund, waiting to hear.

"Ms Thomas had complained about the 1800 dollar charge from the begining . The 89 dlls sure charge was from the card merchant which I explained to her . It was not on the contract because if she had paid cash or check there would have been no surcharge . This was her preferred payment option not mine . We had coated the roof with silicone . Unfortunately her leak persisted because it was from the lower lip from the asphalt roof were it meets with the edge of the the scupper and drain which I explained to her .We did sealed it immediately when she told us. To when we arrived we were meet with a barrage of insults and accusations we had to withstand. When we attended to the mater we saw that there was no significant damage to her claim except the one that was already there . I have offered to paint the spot from the ceiling and spot from her wall. This is a simple warranty issue"

Best roofing contractor I’ve ever seen!
I had a bad roof with lots of surprises. Just another day for this team. Their Carpenter level skills came in handy on my roof. This was the only roofer that responded from Angi list. Background and reputation are great so instant hire. Quick and accurate quote. Started work on time every day. Had everything they needed with them or delivered. Super clean, very accommodating, very professional.
My roof is beautiful!!! I love it!!

These guys were on point from the very start, from the price quote to the labor and professionalism. Very happy and satisfied with their service I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof fixed or repaired. They re-did my entire flat roof and removed 4 sections of roof tiles and switched over to shingles. Everything he went over from the very beginning was covered throughout the entire process. Took the the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it.

I'm used to roofers I've used in the past not showing up on time or at all as promised and not doing a very good job. Paco Sandoval renewed my faith in roofing companies. He showed up as promised on time and gave me honest opinions and estimates. When they showed up to do the job, it was on the day promised and at the time promised. They got my roof completely done in one day, bringing a dumpster and completely cleaned up everything afterwards. Except for the brand new roof, you wouldn't even know they were there! I recommend this company, at least talk to him for an estimate and see what you think.

Super fast response [unlike others] to project. Scheduled in two days. Work was done in two more days. The ONLY complaint was equipment was dropped on roof VERY HARD causing damage to objects falling off my walls. A Clock was broken [repairable] and four lanterns were knocked off ceiling hooks [one destroyed]. A small price to pay because of the super price paid for the job.
