The guy that removed the tree was excellent. He did not work for this company, he was hired by Manny because the tree was over a certain height. At first, I was impressed with Manny and found out that he does landscaping as well. I was considering hiring him to do that for us but since he can't complete a job or communicate well I will not consider him for another job. On Saturday, they came out and worked hard, filled up two trucks of limbs and didn't have room for the rest of it so he told me that since the dump had already closed he would come back on Sunday to take care of the rest. Well, Sunday came and Monday and I have heard nothing from him. I have called him twice to find out when he will come and finish the job. I don't think finishing well or integrity are in his vocabulary. I am very disappointed as now we will have to figure out how to haul the rest off. I would not recommend them for finishing a job well or will hire them again.

"i told you i was coming to get it , i did communicate with you , there was a lil bit left which i am.coming to go get , otto is my tree cutter please get your facts straight ... i took 95% of the trash for the price that i gave you its a steal .....that tree should.of been priced at $1100 at least and i left it at $850 with trash hauled....for a 50ft tree that looked [Member Information Removed] different in the picture you sent me .....please get your facts straight .....i wouldnt of taken the lamdscaping job anyways ...."
