David and his crew started out doing OK, although certainly created some bumps themselves along the way. Our old grass and some dirt was removed by one man and using one shovel. Some new dirt was brought in. No insect chemicals were placed before the new sod was installed. The job took several days to complete, far more than we were told. David had trouble with the irrigation system and finally had to call in a professional to correct the issues. Fast forward to several weeks later... when David's crew began mowing the new grass they mowed it far too short. Additionally the edges of the new lawn were cut extremely short. The grass began to die! Throughout the weeks/months that followed it was almost impossible to get in touch with David - by voice, by email or by text. Seldom does David ever return calls or texts. David just "DOES NOT COMMUNICATE". He has completely abandoned our project. Calls, texts, emails go unanswered. No contact at all !! Our strong suggestion is to NOT HIRE FATHER NATURE for any landscaping projects. David is a polite 18 year old man that is way over his head. Too many projects, and does not honor his commitments. David, and the Father Nature website, state that they are professionals and guarantee their work. David has not fulfilled either of these statements. Again our strong suggestion is to NOT HIRE FATHER NATURE of Hilton Head Island.

When David showed up the service was okay. However the 2nd time was a day late with no communication from him. 3rd time was 2 days late with no communication. 4th time was a total no show
