Awesome. Beautiful job. Will call him again. Highly recommend Randy and Faucher Construction. I live in a condo so I have no way to dispose of building materials. Randy was very neat and removed all materials. Will be there when he says he will. Very responsible.

Looked over all of the jobs, let me know in advance what really needed to be done, and completed the job when he said he would.
It took a couple of weeks to schedule it. He came when he said he would. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal. There were a couple of problems that were really hard to solve and he just seem to use a lot of ingenuity in figuring them out. He didn't just say, I can't figure this out. There were several of the problems that really required some thinking, some planning and just problem solving, he was good at that. He didn't just say, I couldn't get this done, he worked at figuring it out.

All of the repairs and installations were done in a timely and professional manner. The crew of two arrived on time and reviewed each of the projects that I needed to have done. After determining that the faucet needed some new O-rings and a new piece of fascia was required, one went and got the parts while the other performed the kitchen faucet removal and installation. The other repairs were quickly made with the new parts and everything looks and works great!!! I highly recommend this company for any projects that need to be done.
Never presented a bill for work. Would just be halfway through a task and ask for money. Did an appalling job refinishing my floor and I had to get it redone. Way overcharged for work done. Then disappeared from sight.
Brad patched and finished uneven, bubbled, peeling, etc. drywall in several places in my home. He also finished off a doorway to make it a walk-through where I had removed the door. He gave me an estimate on the job which ended up being more than we talked about (I don't remember what the final price was) but I honestly didn't mind paying it because he did an amazing job. Drywall is a tedious job and he worked as quickly as possible given the time it takes between steps. The finished product are seamless patches and repairs and nice, smooth walls. I had 2 people before him come and they both were terrible. Brad took time to explain his technique to me and go over his process which I have an interest in DIY so it was really good to have him do this work. He was there days and nights (even once w/ his son) to get the job done.
Highly recommended!
Contractor removed tub/shower, toilet, vanity and plumbing fixtures. Replaced with stand alone shower unit, new vanity and fixtures, installed tile floor and painted walls and ceiling. All the work was completed as scheduled, we couldn't be more pleased.
A little delay in getting an estimate, but Brad started the job when promised, remodel looks great. Brad was very accommodating (even walked the dog one day),was extremely neat in picking up at the end of the day, and price was as quoted.Have already hired him for a few more smaller projects. Do ask about a price for removal of construction materials since it may be an additional cost.
We were very pleased with the results. Called for an estimate. Estimate was given. Date was set and work was done on that date. Brad had explained what needed to be done, what materials would be required, and approximately how much time it would take. Brad was on time and within estimate. The rear deck had intricate lattice work which required attention to detail.
I would very much use his services again. He was honest, on time, and performed top quality work.
He was punctual and personable. He researched the windows available and purchased and picked it up. I made the check out to him but never received a copy of the invoice for the window, despite requesting one.
He arrived on time and installed the window fairly quickly.
My problem: When I returned home I found the old window with the broken glass sitting on my porch. When I asked if he would be removing it, he said, no, all he could so was take it to the dump. So, I was expected to put a window with broken glass, that I could barely life (I'm 62) into my small sedan and take it to the dump because he couldn't be bothered. Granted, I didn't actually ask if he would be removing the old window, I just assumed. Luckily, I asked a friend to help and he took the window to the dump in his truck for me.
My next project for him was going to be a bathroom remodel. Since I don't relish having to take old bathroom fixtures to the dump myself, I will continue my (seemly fruitless) search for a reasonably priced, reliable contractor.
Response from Faucher Construction
"I quoted a price of $300 and received $160 for the window then needed to get the rest when done. When I asked for the remaining $140 I was met with a look and reaction of suprise and was told I would have to wait four days (until sunday) to get paid because that was the day that she wrote checks or paid bills. I knew at this point I would have to explain that the trip to the land fill and disposal of the window was going to cost extra and could tell this was going to be met with resistance. The heaviest piece of the window was about five lbs. Most people have the window taken away by their garbage company. As far as an invoice I forgot about it,most of my customers dont ask for one. yes thats my fualt. I learned from this that from now on I will give the customer the option to get rid of the debris or I will add that to my price. After finding out that there was several contractors that had worked on this house for the member and personaly know one of them,it seems like the problem might not be the contractors."

Excellent, as has several previous construction, repair, and maintenance jobs that he has done for me. Very quick to respond to repair requests. Extremely easy to work with and very conscientious about ensuring that the work is done to your (and his) satisfaction. Very experienced in all types of house construction and repair and able to suggest lots of alternatives and options for any repairs.
