The job went really well. The workers were very polite and helpful...event went above and beyond to do a good job. Gary Faver listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, offered good advise and recommendations and made sure the finished job met our expectations and approval. The gutters look great.

It went really well. I really enjoyed it. The guy that I talked, did a good work, and I'm pleased with him every time. The price was reasonable. Gary worked for me for a year now.

Fantastic, after the hail they came out and did everything to help temp patch and got my roof done as soon as my inaurance approved it . I recommend them. I read a bad review about them but only after finding out they have done thousands of roofs!

This company is very slow in completing projects. My deck was power washed months ago and the primer was sloppy when applied. There are only two guys who are presently working for Gary and one of the guys does not take pride or attention to detail when he does work. I would not recommend this company if you need something done quickly. I had a window which was supposed to be installed yesterday and due to wrong size was not. When one of the sliding windows was removed it sustained a large crack and Gary said that the window would be resealed with caulking all around the window. What a terrible caulking job and many areas never sealed. Another problem is they never start what they finish. I regret using this company for my contracting needs and will not be using them in the future. Update: It is now almost the end of June. Two weeks ago Gary and one of his employees installed a new window and the middle glass window was broken. Gary promised to take care of this problem, but it has been two weeks and stil nothing done to repair the window. I called his number a few days ago and still have not gotten a return call. Faver used to have a website but is no longer available. Looks like whatever remaining work that needs to be done by this company is not going to get finshed.

I have been trying to get leaks fixed for well over a year. Gary does not return phone calls on a regular basis, at one point he advised me that he had phone problems for several months, he has a new number now. However, he doesn't respond, I have had to go by his house multiple times to get him to come out and repair things. I still have a leak and I still have a piece that is the wrong color on my roof. Gary is not very responsive. I want him to do the repair work, if things are resolved accordingly I might use the company again.

The work was done , professionally and efficiently.They double stapled the edges to eliminate future damage by high winds. <br /> Based upon the quality of the materials and the work , I would never hire another roofing company !!!!! <br />

Quality very good on roof and painting. Completing painting portion of work was slow (several Weeks). Part of the painting problem was related to extra prep work required involving caulking and replacing a number of trim boards. I would assess this companies honesty and integrety to be very high. A mistake was made on the color of roof and they agreed immediately to replace it with the color we had initially agreed upon. <br />

Mr Faver had samples of the roofing materiel's delivered in advance of the contract signing , which allowed us to select the colors. We had researched Consumers Digest for ratings and were very pleasaed when Mr Faver expressed his preference of the Atlas Pinnacle shingles we had selected , due to theri rating. He explained fully why he preferred their shingles to to the dual seal and the high quality of their materials . <br /> They completed the whole job in a very short period of time, which included the removal of my unused swamp cooler and sealing a gap between my patio roof and the main roof, <br /> They cleaned up the area and used very professional tools to do the job. <br /> Mr Faver is a very honest person, with deep integrity and he would always be my selection for roofing.. <br /> I heartily recommend him to anyone who wants high quality roofing done . <br /> The Inspector for Pueblo County was very complimentary of the quality of the job. <br />
