Favorite appliances repair

I suppose Mr. Favorite knows what he's doing. He tried to repair our range, which was unsuccessful. So, we decided we needed to order a part. When he tried to install it, he found that it was defective. He said he would return it and reimburse us for what we had paid. He never called back, as he said he would, so I called him. He, then, said that the supplier would not accept it without a number of some sort - serial or model or something that was missing. I asked him why would they sell it to us without this number, but refuse to take it back without the number. Said he would talk with his sales representative and get back to us. Never did, sorry.

He had to order a new igniter and installed it on our gas dryer. Even with the corona virus pandemic he was able to come and repair our dryer. Eddie took care of us and made our lives a bit easier. I had called and left messages for 2 other appliance repair businesses and never received a response from either of them. Thank goodness for Eddie! Eddie is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and personable. I would not hesitate to call him again in the future.

Well my old unit needed diagnosis a new fuse and unclogging the vent line. All accomplished in 3 visits.

Eddie came and quickly fixed my oven and did it very professionally. He was a super guy. Whenever anything else is not working I will definitely call him!! Did not know who to call and tried several with either phone numbers not working or just did not get back with me SO if you need anything done I would highly recommend him.

Everything went great. Eddie diagnosed my problems, got the parts, and had everything fixed in a very timely manner. He is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and gave me good advice on a couple of other appliance questions I had. Eddie will definitely be my go-to appliance guy for any future needs. I would highly recommend him to others.

Well. Replacing the element was a difficult task but he was able to get the old range working again.

Replaced heating coil and dryer operates as it should after repair

Repaired temporarily. It was not cooling due to small leak of the freon. He checked unit out and filled with Freon. It will hold until we are able to replace it.

Work is done quickly and done right. Once, it took him 3 tries to find the cause of an issue and he only charged us labor for the first visit.

I had a technician at my house that day. He was friendly, professional, and had everything fixed within an hour. What more, he gave me a better version of the part that broke so it won't happen again.
