Favy was amazing. She arrived on time and my town house is very clean. I’ll see her again in 4 weeks.

Very good and I love it, she’s the best at her job and I recommend this to other People. The cleaning went really well with the transformation and it looks brand new, she is good in her service.

Ruth is great. She comes to my home every two weeks, I give her the code to my home and I definitely trust her when I'm not there. Plus she really, really cleans. Everything is perfectly clean when she is finished and she is the best that I've ever had to work with. Most of my family uses her services as well, so she has become a bigger part of my family.

I bought this service from Angie's list. Trying to redeem it for September 1st and was told the service had being performed. I called the company and was told they don't have a deal with Angie's list. How do i get my money back? :(

Appointment was scheduled and cleaners did not show up. When contacted, the owner said she no longer worked with Angie's List customers. Angie's List refunded the charge, which was made up front (special deal).

She was not on time, They would not honor the deal. She told me my house was dirty and she even took pictures of my home. She complained to me about all the other appointments she had. I did request her to move towels for me which she did do

The initial cleaning was satisfactory (Ruth and her assistant were fast and efficient) and that is why I decided to hire them again. However, from that point on it went downhill. Next time she came (about 4 weeks later), Ruth was more than 30 minutes late and did not bother to inform me about that. She brought 2 assistants this time and they acted is if house cleaning was a race. There was a lot of banging and moving very fast, furniture and things were not retuned to their places. The third time she brought one assistant who damaged the window screen. When I pointed that out to her, Ruth offered that her husband could fix it and she took the frame with her. I withheld $20 form the payment and told her that I would pay after she brings the screen back. The fourth time she did not show up at all and when I called her Ruth told me she was on vacation at the beach. She did not bother to notify me about that. I inquired about the window screen and she said she would bring it next week as we agreed. However, the following week not only that she did not show up but she was not even answering the phone. I called the Angie's list and expressed my concerns. Ruth called me 2 hours after she was supposed to be in my house and asked me angrily if I was going to call Angie's list. When I said YES she hung up on me and was not answering the phone after that. I requested that she returns the frame for the window screen but to this day she has not (since May 22, 2017.) Stay away from Ruth cleaning if you don't want damage in your house.

The day before they were supposed to show up, they emailed me and said they were no longer a part of Angie?s List and if they came out I had to pay them directly. I emailed them back and told them they cannot come out because I already paid Angie?s List. I got a refund for the deal.

Horrible, purchased a big deal, 19 Apr, vendor was unavailable until 5 May, took leave today to meet them and they were a no-show! Called and was told I was mistaken they were coming next week, when I forwarded the email to the young lady confirming it was today, she said "sorry, what do you want from me?!" Quickly called Angie's List for a refund.

Ruth and her partner were amazing. They came on time and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. I was so pleased that I've hired her on a biweekly basis.

Ruth and her crew were great. They arrived on time and were very efficient in how they tackled the house. They did have to go a little over the time we had, but they were sure to discuss this with us first. They took care of floors, surfaces, hand cleaned a few dishes we had out, and even cleaned the oven and under the cooktop. We liked Ruth's services so much that we asked her to regularly come and clean and we have been happy with her ever since.

Ruth Cleaning Services was punctual, professional, and thorough. They were flexible to my needs, communicated well, and went the extra mile in meticulously cleaning my home. I highly recommend their services for routine cleaning as well as deep cleaning for special events/occasions.

It went great. Within a day of my puchase I received a response from the company to schedule a date for service to be done. The time availability was great. Ms. Ruth and her mini team did an outstanding job. They were very professional and courteous. My home definitely needed a deep deep cleaning. I would definitely recommend and would use again.
