Fred Cole presented himself as a licenced contractor. Which he was but he's licenced up to $5,000 and my job was $70,000. He Fred Cole and F&C Contracting takes there time (a 4 month job is now 9 months and still not done). He and his team did not build per the architect's drawings. The concrete floor has already cracked and the framing fails inspection. In addition my yard looks like a big mess. Now he want's more money and professes I changed the plan, which I did not.

They started last August. Delay after delay. Weeks would go by with no work done. Quality of workmanship is poor. During the process the yard was torn up, bushes hit by front loader, masonry around plants and driveway smashed. They used material that is not recommended for the purpose. Now they want additional funds claiming I changed the type of siding, but the contract agrees with me. Now they will not finish the job. Also caused $450 damage to sprinkler system

No, the job was not done correctly. My front porch looks horrible now. The rails for the steps looks unprofessional. I am going to take it down . Pictures will be uploaded
