We received five different estimates for the work we needed, and all of them were significantly higher than the actual cost, except for Francisco's. From the very beginning, he was honest and straightforward, both about the price of the job and the value of his time. As a nonprofit organization, this is something we truly appreciate and value. Francisco is professional, kind, and bilingual, which made communication easy and clear. He not only completed the work we needed but also took the time to explain the issue in detail, along with the solution. He walked me through what he was going to do, helping me understand the process, the reasoning behind it, and how the pricing was determined. Based on this experience, his company will now be our designated plumbing provider. This decision was not made lightly it is based on his honesty, fair pricing, and quality of work, all of which should go hand in hand. Highly recommended.

Francisco is great. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Had to change out 3 Flushmates. He ran into a couple minor issues but was able to fix them in a timely manner. He even prevented a few possible leaks, by changing out the old water lines. The price he quoted for the labor never changed. Because of his quality of work, price and standing by his word, I’ve hired him to fix my mom’s Flushmates.

Francisco was great. Very nice, professional. Took his time and did a very great job installing my vanity and sink. I would definitely call him again for any future jobs I need done for the bathroom or kitchen.

Francisco called me right away. He was easy to schedule with. He communicated every step of the way, showed me the options and made sensible recommendations. He replaced a broken drain pipe in my garage, replaced a kitchen sink disposal and fixed the pipe in the kitchen sink.

Got a note from SFPUC for massive water use for the past several days, but no clear smoking gun. Was really worried and called Francisco asking for immediate help. He was at my house in 15 minutes and walked through all the most common culprits (toilets, etc), until we heard the water running outside and found that my kids had left the hose running. Paid him for his time and will definitely be calling him the future - amazing service. Kids learned a good lesson too.

They were very prompt in submitting their estimate, great pricing, was able to schedule my work that worked very well for my timing, did an exceptional job and went above and beyond, were very conscientious and considerate of the other people that lived in this 9 unit apartment building!
