Plumbing Tree

There was miscommunication about when the plumber was supposed to arrive so I was sitting outside in the sun waiting for him when he was actually at Home Depot. Once Mickey arrived, he was very nice and accompllished what needed to be accomplished.

I have been using Plumbing Tree for our homes plumbing needs for over 5 years now. Sorry Freddy for never posting reviews. I appreciate everything about the service. The attention to detail, inspections, preventive recommendations, even coming back to correct an oversight. Nothing but positive interactions with the plumbers that have been sent over. I've had drains cleared, water valves changed, even outside sprinkler valves worked on. Always top notch service that I've come to value from Plumbing Tree. Definitely worth every penny!!!!

Alan did an excellent assessment mapping out the plumbing of my house and helping me come up with a plan for my plumbing issue dealing with cast iron pipes in a 1960s home. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.

Price is extremely high but quality is probably good, only time will tell. Would have been maybe four stars except that the tech sold me a monthly "preferred customer" plan that apparently has a one year minimum? What is this, a gym membership? When I went to cancel it today their rep threatened me with a collection on my credit for cancelling early over a $10 payment... Pretty aggressive and greedy behavior.

Mike Stout was as solid as they come. He was professional and did a great job. I'd recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber.
