"Hi [Member Name Removed] When you reached out to us you want to fix potholes in your parking lot with cold patch which is a temporary solution to your problem . This spring after plowing the lot this winter the cold patch that you wanted would be in a pile @ the back of parking lot & having to redo job. The solution to the problem was to saw cut all patches dig out & repave while my son went to by a new saw & blade the driver arrived with the mix the men started patching the potholes while not cutting out the patches which was not what we agreed on . My spoke with [Member Name Removed] to resolve the problem [Member Name Removed] told Camden that the smaller patches where ok ,the biggest patch was his main concern in the winter he had [Member Information Removed] & ice & didn’t want to get sued again Camden told [Member Name Removed] not to worry we would be back in the morning to make sure his was satisfied. We cut out everything that was done the day before redoing the entire job exactly the way we agreed on which was the right thing to do only to get less then half the agreed upon price [Member Name Removed] came up with a price with no rhyme or reason which we chalked as a leaning experience only to find out he had given us bad review. [Member Name Removed] being a prominent businessman in the area with no conscious realized that Camden forgot to have him signed the proposal a hand shake is a biding agreement @ the end of the day the job was done exactly the way we agreed on . Who took advantage of who Thanks [Member Name Removed] for the leaning experience"
