I didn't hire the painter.  Renewal By Anderson hired the painter.  They are terrible. He didn't arrive on time. His work was slip-shot and he claimed he put two coats of paint on when he only put on one coat. There was no cost to me.  They were a sub-contractor from Renewal By Anderson. I'd give them an "F" on everything. They stole from me too.  I'm still working with the police on the report because it wasn't accurate.  They stole up to $10,000 from me. I have two estates here.  These are the people who helped themselves to a large bag of doggie bags from restaurants. These have no value.  They just took them. They went through my cabinets and stole all my knives.  They stole some of my casserole dishes.  They stole my inserts for my toaster oven.  They stole everything they could get their hands on. But because the police are still working on their report because it was not accurate, the best way to address this issue at this point in time is to give them an "F" on everything. He took everything he could get his hands on.  Everything. Again, because of discrepancies in the police report, the reason I haven't gotten back with them is because the list is so extensive of what they stole.  For all practical  purposes, I would like to give them an "F" on everything.
