Felgemacher Masonry & Chimney

They were wonderful to work with. One of their workers got sick and they had to reschedule (they were very nice about this and I was glad they were treating their workers well and letting them take time off!). They rescheduled very quickly with someone else to come out. He called beforehand to make sure the time still worked well and to let me know when he would be there. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained what he had seen. I will be hiring them again and highly recommend them

Our chimney was about to fall over; Felgemacher stabilized it and also installed a liner to protect the inside. The crew was professional and quick and clean and the chimney looks great now.

Great company! I called and scheduled for a sweep and inspection of my fireplace. While the technician was there he noticed some spots on my chimney that needed repair and quoted me on the spot. The workmen who came out were wonderful, polite and very informative. I would recommend Felgemacher to anyone who wants quality work in a timely manner.

Felgemacher did a lot of work on my chimney and I couldn't be happier with everything. From the office staff answering all my questions and keeping me informed to the masons who worked at my home the entire experience was wonderful. Fireplace cleaning, inspection, new flue liners (in both furnace and fireplace), crown and tuck point, etc.. The workers were respectful of my home, did an excellent job, cleaned up and paid attention to all the small details that you want when you hire a contractor. They spent days in and out of my home which can be nerve wracking but they made it comfortable by being professional and courteous. Thanks to JP, Patrick, Alex, Kyle, Sal and Lisa for all you did. I recommend Felgemacher for any and all chimney needs.

The project was very successful. Felgemacher listened to our needs and we developed a joint plan for staging the project. The work was professionally done in a timely manner. When we found a small gas leak in one of the fireplaces that was caused by poor assembly at the fireplace factory, they quickly found the source and corrected it. We are pleased with the results.

Very well - weather delayed the start, but was kept apprised and actual work went well, with good clean up.

It went well. I contacted several companies and individuals. Everyone had a different opinion. I was so confused. John Felgemacher came recommended by a friend. He checked out the chimney and suggested a waterproofing spray of the entire chimney, along with sealing the seams in the canopy. I was skeptical since his suggestion was so simple compared to the other high price options. Mr. Felgemacher returned to look at it again and stuck by his assessment. We went with it figuring it wouldn't hurt anything and might even work. His son Kurt came to spray and recaulk the canopy seams. After a hard rain, Mr. Felgemacher called me to see how it worked. I shared that there was Improvement but still a couple areas of concern. After the chimney was allowed to dry out from the weather, the company sent out two more men who resprayed and mortared the canopy seams. We had no leak with the torrential rain two days ago. We are very pleased. A true test will be an all day heavy rain. We would use this company again. Very helpful. Family business.

Very well, very professional company, obviously knows what they are doing and no high pressure sales. Will use again.

The guys were early for my appointment, thorough and polite. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
