Store rep was very professional and responsive. He came to my house to measure and provide a quote free of charge and allowed me to borrow sample material from the store. The final quote was a little more than the preliminary estimate based on square footage (when we first visited the store) but it was worth it. It was easy to get an installation appointment and the installers did an extremely thorough and professional job. We were very happy with how the work looked when it was finished.

Excellent. They came in, stripped the old carpet and padding, carried away; placed new carpet and padding in no time at all. Very pleased.

It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10.  <br /> <br /> They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring.

Andre was our salesman. He was excellent, on-time, fast turn-around on my bid. Welcoming when I came to the shop, helpful in selecting my carpet, and gave me a very good bid. The three installers were hard, hard working, detail oriented and very respectful of myself and my elderly, frail father. It was a long day of work, but they tore out and installed almost 1000 square feet of carpet, including 2 full staircases. I have other carpeting/flooring needs in the future, and Andre will be my first and only phone call. Excellent work , price, and service!

We spoke to Andres, the general manager. He worked us into their schedule and within a few days they were out to replace the carpet. They removed all of the old carpet and treated the hardwood floors underneath due to our dog using the restroom on the floor. We were very pleased with the work. I would use them again in the future.

After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds. <br /> After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property. <br /> We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased. <br /> Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were. <br /> When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding! <br /> If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List. <br />

It looks really nice and was done quickly / professionally.  Our stairs were not just a straight flight, so it had it's nuances....yet it all went very well.  The price was a bit more than we had hoped, but the work was excellent.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company ! We needed a rush order, because someone was coming out of the hospital.  Andre helped us to accomplish this goal.  He is helped us pick the perfect carpet for the house. They go overboard to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The  workers were friendly and capable.  They cleaned everything up as well.  I am definitely a repeat customer!
