Excellent! Estimate was given very timely. Stated work would start in next two weeks. Crew showed up on time with materials and completed job in 3 days. Excellent job! Jef and Joe and crew were great to work with and I highly recommend them if you need deck work done.

My deck is stellar!! There aren't enough stars for Fence-N-Deck Doctors. My experience was perfect from the start. Jef the owner came out promptly for estimate. Quick, efficient, fair, professional. The construction started a day early and Bryan was expert--I mean super expert having built decks for over 20 years. The process involved questions and few minor changes (no skirting, 4ft steps, and partial privacy wall adjustment). All interactions with Bryan with questions were so positive and options given so that I would be happy with the end result. Bryan said this and meant it. Yes, it is stressful to make an investment but my friend had referred Fence-N-Deck Doctors and all indicators were these are solid, caring and skilled individuals that work as loyal friends and a team. Bryan was absolutely full of integrity. Everything about my deck being built was beyond my expectations. So hard to find this quality of work in these times. I can recommend Fence-N-Deck Doctors and assure you that you will be treated fairly. I acknowledge being incredibly picky and analytical but even with my high standards, if you are like me you will love the finished product and feel happy with the beauty and craftsmanship! I called several places for a quote; some were not interested in the job. One of the businesses referred me to Fence-N-Deck Doctors. Setting up my appointment for an estimate was fast and easy. He was professional, provided us a very honest opinion with suggestions, and knew exactly what we wanted. They didn't come out when we expected but it was for the obvious heavy rain season we just had. I was updated regularly. The day finally come, their crew showed up and went to work. All of them knew what their job was and worked in sync with one another. Everyone was super friendly and did a great job of cleaning up as they went. We are very happy with our fence and the professionalism of everyone involved.

They were able to schedule us in a timely manner. They removed the work debris and made sure that the gates worked. We were able to get the materials that we wanted to match the rest of our fence. Pricing was within reason.

The fence turned out great, but to me what stood out with this company was the excellent punctuality. They were out within a couple of days to provide a quote, and 10 days later the fence is already complete. It could not have gone more smoothly.

This is our second home and our forever home. I contacted Fence n Deck doctors and the estimator and I walked the property and discussed what I was looking for; I wanted openness, country looking and something to contain 3 dogs. Fence n deck doctors suggested a particular style and showed me pics of a 4 board ranch style fence with wire. I got a written estimate and a date to begin. Installers came a day before original start date, which was great. The head installer listened to a concern of mine on one side of the yard and he explained the process perfectly. I left for most of the day and returned to what was a 100% perfect fence for the property and exactly what I wanted. The entire installation crew was professional, efficient and great carpenters! From start to finish, I honestly couldn’t be more happy. I also want to add my other house, the fence there was installed by Lowe’s and it was an absolute nightmare! I wish I would have had Fence n deck doctors do first one too!

Fence-N-Deck Doctor’s has ended up being the best company that I have ever used for work done for my home. The company is owned by a husband and wife and they are extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The price was extremely fair compared to other “big” fence companies. The work was done in 2 days, and I have a very big backyard that needed to be done. They removed the old fence I had up and put up a beautiful 6 ft privacy fence. I couldn’t be happier with the work that they and their team did. They even came back out after it was put up to make sure I was happy with the results. I recently also had a branch fall on the fence that they put up, and they came back out the same week and fixed the damage done. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone thinking or needing a new fence put up!!! The fence is gorgeous and they have put together an outstanding company.

We hired Fence N Deck Doctors to replace a 65' foot section of a security fence that was destroyed after being hit by a vehicle. We are very pleased with their work and the fence looks like new again. We will definitely keep them in mind should we ever need another fence repair..

The power washing and deck re-staining job was fine but the amount of time that it took to get this done was too long. I first contacted them in March and the deck was powered in June after more than one different times to get this done. The re-staining itself wasn't done until July 13. I was contacted on June 16 and asked about what stain color to use. I responded that same day by sending a picture of the last stain used. I was then told they would match it, however, I received a message on July 3 asking for the stain color once again and then was asked about this again on July 8. The color that was used definitely was not a match but luckily I liked it ok.

The delays caused in between each step is likely the reason different crew members asked for your stain color. But, better safe by asking, than sorry by not asking to be certain, right?! Home improvement locations product -vs- the product we use, occasionally show a slight difference between colors when trying to produce a match. We are glad we were able to produce a close match for you. Thank you for your review."

Very happy with our decision to go with this company! We had two other companies out who just seemed like they were trying to make a sale. Jef came and provide an estimate, but actually took the time to walk through the pros and cons of multiple fence types so we could decide what was best for our plans and property. The install went well and the fence looks amazing! The installers took their time to walk us through a couple options that came up during the install. Michelle from the office was always responsive to my texts from beginning of booking install all the way through the post-install walk thru. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for professional, high quality fencing.

Had other estimates and Jeff, the owner, could get it started before others could and came in at the best price. $6600. Brian and his helpers did an excellent job. Great workmanship. Love the deck. My brother saw it and now wants an estimate for his lake home.

My deck was in bad shape and we weren’t sure if the foundation was solid or not. We discussed options if it was/was not OK at the time of quote. It did need replacement. Communication was good throughout and it’s beautiful.

Amazing. We changed our project a few times and they responded and accommodated quickly. This is the only fence company who got back to me. They actually messaged me back on a Saturday at 9pm! They’re amazing! And they did such great work! Finished my fence in 1.5 days.

Our rear fence line was slowly leaning more and more each year so we called F&DD to get an estimate for repair. The sales rep was on time and we had an honest conversation about repair vs. replacement. Although our fence is older, it's still in ok condition and while a brand new fence would look great, there's still some life left in it so we opted to repair. It took about two weeks for the repair techs to make it out and the lead tech was knowledgeable and polite. He asked if it was ok to reuse any posts that were still in good condition. In trade, he would replace any pickets around the yard that were damaged. While that's certainly a win for their column as a picket is less material than a post, I thought it was an ok compromise. Work was accomplished by two techs in one day. They kept their footprint light and they walked me through the project upon completion. They replaced about half the posts and replaced about the same amount of pickets. I would certainly hire or recommend in the future.

The work was done in the winter and I could not view it until spring. Bad wood was used. Used screws which split boards. Had to call them back to replace bad boards and poles and to screw down into boards. Rails corners did not meet and top of rails where screws put in not filled in needed sanded and fill. Would only fix 3 of the 5 poles that were split. Had to come out and fix rail that the nails came out of just a couple of months ago. They put a board on the back to hold it together. The deck does not look like it was newly rebuilt. I was very disappointed in the outcome.

Excellent. I have no complaints. They took away my old dilapidated porch replaced it with what I consider to be the best looking porch on the street, just has Jeff had promised. The vision that I had for the new porch as well they delivered. I don’t think I could be any happier with the results.
