This has been a frustrating process. We hired this company in January after sending a deposit. Our gate has to be made due to its size. Instead of being notified of the process we kept having to reach out. Then we were told that the manufacturing was delayed. After more follow ups, by us, we were told that the gate would have been installed last Tuesday. But it didn't happen. Again we were told it was was a manufacturing delay. I emailed them for a follow up on Thursday and it is now Monday with no response.

A lot of issues with the fence. Huge gap was left and dog got out. No gate insane when I asked after initial estimate to put it in.

Seamless Experience! They were on time to give me a quote, on time to do the repair. He could have pushed me to do a completely new fence but agreed the repair would be best. Also did not use all the products purchased for repair and sent me a check back with what wasn't used. Nice to have honest and efficient people still doing business!

Brittanie and DJ were wonderful to work with through getting the quote and scheduling the job. It took one day to demo the old fence and one day to install the new fence. The workers on site make sure to verify with me where I wanted the gates and anything else related to the project. They did a great job double checking everything and making sure we were happy.

We Needed a section of fence repaired after a tree removal. Our regular fence company completely blew us off because they felt it was too complicated. I had a fence door that was sagging and it was difficult to open. They came out quickly on a Saturday as it was a small job. A door has 3 functions; open, close, and lock. I had issues with opening it. After the repair was completed, I was able to open the door, but had issues with closing it and could no longer lock it. I sent pictures and an email explaining my dilemma. The contractor called me and basically said I could buy a new lock. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and they didn't. After contemplating, I was able to put duct tape on the lever so that the door would stay closed when needed. For the lock, I created a new hole so that it would work again. It took me ten minutes to fix. He got a 3 rating because he offered to do more (screw my fence into the side of the home) for free and gave me some screws for another part of the fence I am going to repair myself. Word of advice, check really good before they leave that everything looks good.
