Our begging with getting estimates and working with Joe was absolutely amazing. I then worked with Alex on timing and going over detail which he also was amazing. Over all I recommend this company. Awesome people to work with

Bryan was super nice and very responsive until his crew started to install the fence. He installed what appears to be a used fence or fence with a very bad finish. Our neighbor has a 7 year old fence and theirs looks way nicer than ours. Bryan?s brother even mentioned: ?this is not up to our standards?Bryan has not responded to our calls and texts and this project started 12/18/25 and is still not finished and Bryan has been almost totally non responsive. We have fence posts without tops and he chose to Amazon us parts?which only fixed half of the post tops as there is multiple sizes?We chose this company based on Bryan and his company reviews but it has been a total nightmare! The owner has not tried to resolve after multiple attempts. In addition, he had his crew sledge hammer a fence post next to our house and has destroyed our Hardy Board Siding. We brought this to his attention and he did not acknowledge nor apologize. Beware of this company. Bryan is very nice until things go si

I had an amazing experience with Fence Company of Columbus. I chose them initially because although their pricing was reasonable, more importantly, communication was very strong. Bryan is an enthusiastic and approachable owner and was very attentive to my needs and ideas. Fence construction was painless and very fast for such a large yard. I figured it would be a 4 day job, but they were done in 2. Demolition was very neat and tidy. Very little debris left behind from the old chain link. The crew was respectful of my property and kept my landscaping unharmed, which I appreciate very much. The fence is PERFECT. It's just absolutely perfect in every way. My only small complaint was that the gate didn't turn out super great, but I they have promised to make it right in the fall when they return to inspect and seal the wood. I will update to 5 stars across the board if that promise is kept, which I have no doubt it will be. Overall, an amazing experience with a group that did everything they promised and more at competitive rates. I can't recommend this company enough, and I absolutely love my new fence. A work, start to finish.
