It went great! Jeff came out and made sure that he divided the duplex directly down the middle and got to work really fast. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great. We did have an issue with the way one was settling, nothing that was done on his part, and he came right out and adjusted the gates. We will 100% use them again for any of her fence needs.

It was very important to repair the fence to its previous strength as we have dogs and were concerned about any of them getting out. Jeff was the lowest bid on the job and was the most professional from the first time we met him. He took care not to damage any existing flowers and shrubs that we planted at the side that was most heavily damaged. He did a great job and I couldn't ask more concerning the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new fence or repair.

Jeff did an amazing job. He worked in 30 degrees with a wind chill and didn't stop until it was finished. Our driveway was challenging because we wanted the fence to hide an unsightly telephone box, and he couldn't have designed it better to hide it and fit within the required easement restrictions. Excellent work.

We had a 4 month zoning battle with the city of Bexley for something that should never have been an issue, since we were replacing like for like. Jeff and his team were steadfast in their dedication to getting this done and doing it well for us. Bexley was a real pain to deal with and he helped to move things along more rapidly than it otherwise would have gone. We were extremely happy with his dedication to the customer.

The work was good. But getting him to work is hard. Was told it would take 3 days. It took a week. Would give a time he would be there to work but not show. Had problems with fence and he didn't want to honer warranty. Work is still not done. Will never use again.

"the warranty work in question has to do with a manufacturer warranty. the problems were of wood splitting and warping over a years time. It is up to the supplier to honor wood material warranties we do not warrant lumber only our workmanship on wood due to natural characteristics. we did replace badly split posts and then went through proper channels to handle the rest of the warranty work by failing a joint complaint to the supplier which the customer mailed out himself and has copies of.as far as our timeliness we try our best to address any and all concerns and repairs in a timely manner, however our workload sometimes prohibits us to just jumping on a repair right away as this customer demanded. I do admit that we could and should have communicated better and is something we are improving as a company."
