This company was professional from the start. Our sales rep, Wayne, communicated in a very understandable and informative manner, offered pertinent and productive advise and true delivery and installation dates. Phase 1 of our project went so well that we decided to expedite Phase 2 fencing. Phase 2 needed a little "tweaking" and management immediately and professionally addressed and remedied. This is an extremely professional fence company with high quality products. Installation dates were communicated from the beginning and delivered exactly as promised. The installers were hard-working professional people. Fencescape is interested in customer satisfaction at all times. I have already and will continue to refer them to others. Can't say enough!

Fencescape did a wonderful job by replacing our existing fence with a brand new, board-on-board fence. They built it on-site, and then replaced our gate with a much heavier gate that is reinforced with metal piping. They were competitively priced, arrived on time, performed the work as proposed, installed a high quality fence, and cleaned up their mess upon completion. We dealt with Wayne Jimerson, who is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I highly recommend Fencescape.

The crew of Fencescape LLC installed a tremendous amount of fencing around my back yard. The installation included two gates; one small gate and one double gate. Wayne was the gentleman who came out to give me the estimate. He went over the details of the project for me and broke the job down into several scenarios so that I might choose to fence the entire property or just a portion. Wayne was very patient and kindly made adjustments, such as adding or subtracting footage whenever I contacted him. The installers were Darrel and his assistant. These young men showed up exactly on time each day and the job took three days to complete. The two men worked diligently and steadily the entire time in the very hot weather and were always cordial and considerate to me. I was very impressed by those two men! Jason Stephens dropped by at times to make sure everything was going as planned and worked out any issues that I felt uncomfortable with; everyone wanted the job done to my satisfaction. The project actually went quite smoothly and I can recommend this company without hesitation. They are a great group of guys. My fence looks fantastic!

Our experience with Fencescape was fantastic. Wayne came for the initial consultation and brought fence samples and answered all of our questions. He also was prompt to answer any calls or texts whenever we contacted him. Then Jamey came to install it and did an amazing job. Both were personable, professional, and got the job done right. The fence is the best quality I have ever seen, the lines are all perfect and the fence is beautiful and should last forever! Jason and Wayne were both a pleasure to deal with, and the installer was very conscientious about getting the fence right because of my crazy dog! I did a lot of research before I found Fencescape. I originally looked in the local mailer magazines and called around. I received a few estimates. The first company spelled my name wrong and thought I was a woman. They seemed to have more important things going on. Another told me they didn't have time to come out to my house due to how busy they always are and would would not be able to give me an estimate. I really got the feel that for the majority of the contractors that it was about quantity, while quality was no where to be found. Upon later discovering all of the poor reviews amongst those same contractors in BBB as well as Google, I decided to try Angie's List. <br /> From Angie's list, I had already called two or three fence contractors and gotten nowhere, when I finally called Fencescape. Wayne Jimerson not only actually answered the phone, but told me he could be at our home in 10 minutes. This is exactly what I was looking for. Upon meeting Wayne, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a fair price. He also told me that they built their fences completely onsite (which was the opposite of the pre-built quantity contractors), and that they reinforced their wood gates with metal that prevented sagging. The posts would be set in concrete, and they wanted our job. This was a winner. Finally, someone that made our request feel valued. <br /> It took about three weeks before we could build due to needing approval from our HOA and Fencescape fitting our job into the schedule. The build itself took a 2-man crew, two days. One day to set the posts in concrete and install the runners, and a second day for the slats. They were at our house at 6:30 each day, and completely gone when I got home from work at 4:00pm. <br /> The finished product is exactly what we were looking for - a quality job. The fence is built exactly to the specifications of our site survey; while the gate is solid as a rock. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend Fencescape to anyone looking for a "quality" new fence at a great price. <br />

All I can say is WOW!!! If you are wanting a new fence and you don't go with Fencescape your messing up!!! <br /> Dealing with Jason and his crew was unbelievable! Their quality of work is beyond reproach! They don't install fences they build them! And build them to the owners exacting specifications. My wood board on board fence is not only made of high quality materials but built to last! His crew is meticulous in the details, the lines are beautiful! <br /> I just can't say enough about Fencescape! They exceeded our expectations! Communication is another strong point! Nothing was done without first consulting me, they didn't assume, they asked. <br /> Before they left, they walked the job 4 times making sure they didn't miss anything and everything was cleaned up and in order. <br /> I would recommend them to anyone and certainly use them again!

Worked with Wayne, he was very professional throughout the whole process from quote to install everything went smoothly. I needed two sides of my yard fenced off between my house and neighbors fences, along with a double gate for my boat. The double gate was 12 foot wide, with 6x6 posts set in concrete and a steel frame, this thing is commercial grade and should stand up well for a long time, looks excellent, and functions perfectly. Also installed a walk gate on the other side, its 5 foot wide and also reinforced with steel frame. The quality of work is top notch and they made sure to keep to the scheduled install date even though we've dealt with lots of rain. All in all a great experience and quality product. <br />

I highly recommend Fencescape! <br /> From start to finish a great experience. My old fence was well past its prime and needing replacing and I wanted to add a vehicle gate. I was looking for wood, board on board, with capped picture frame on the front fence line. I received quotes from several reputable fencing companies. I decided to go with Fencescape due to their quick responsiveness, fair pricing, and openness to my input. <br /> Wayne Jimerson worked with me on the details, using several photos of fences I liked to come up with a design that matched what I was looking for. He estimated 3 days to complete the job. He kept me updated on scheduling, which had to be pushed back once due to a week long stretch of rain. Once the weather cleared they came out on a Weds and worked through Friday, and then finished up with the gate on Monday. It took the extra half day because my yard had lots of roots along the fence line plus a cable that had to be worked around. I very much appreciate them taking the time to do it right and not take shortcuts. <br /> The work site was kept clean and orderly at the end of each day, and they hauled off all the debris. <br /> At final walk-through I pointed out a few minor areas needing attention (e.g., sanding off some wayward lumber company paint marks, filling gaps between gate and fence to improve privacy) and they said no problem. They came back out Wednesday and took care of everything to my satisfaction. <br /> I am very happy with and proud of my new fence! <br /> I have had some negative experiences with different contractors for other projects, but not so with Fencescape. They provide great customer service, do what they say when they say it, stand behind their work, and are willing to put in the extra effort to do it right. <br /> If you are considering a fencing contractor, you need to give Fencescape a call. <br />

They knew we were concerned several of the obstacles in our yard, so they came out several times to make sure that not only they understood how to overcome the obstacles, but their crew did too. <p>We could not have been more pleased with the people, the product, and the results! It was a pleasant experience from the first contact for an estimate through the finished job. We chose Fencescape after 5 or 6 estimates from other companies and we have no doubt we made the best choice in terms of both the company we were dealing with and the value for the money. </p> <p>We had approximately 300 feel of wood fence removed and replaced with vinyl fencing, and it took 2-1/2 days to complete. Our job also included two 6-ft drive gates to make it easier for us to back our travel trailer into the backyard on a parking pad. 12 feet is very wide for a gate, and we were concerned about sagging and binding as we had experienced that with wooden gates and we have seen some ugly vinyl gates. The new gates have aluminum frames and they look beautiful, and we are confident they will stay that way for a very long time.</p> <p>We also have a small section of fence around our pool service area to somewhat 'enclose' it and make it less conspicuous from the backyard, and the old wood fence was cemented into the slab around the equipment. This section greatly concerned us as the plumbing and lines for the pool pump are under the cement as well, and we obviously did not want to get into damaged pool equipment or water lines. Not at all a problem for Fencescape! They cut the cement as needed to remove the old fence and carefully dug the holes for the new fence, and there was no damage to the pool equipment.</p> <p>The installers cleaned up each day before they left, so there was not any trash or debris from the old fence that remained over night or when the job was completed. Even the driveway was swept clean!</p> <p>Our neighbors who share the fence with us were quite pleased as well! We have received several compliments and we have already recommended Fencescape to other neighbors and friends. </p> <p>Everyone involved was friendly and professional, and extremely responsive when we had questions or wanted to understand more about the product, and for small adjustments after the installation. During the installation WE were very engaged - the installers often asked us specific questions about our preferences and stopped what they were doing to have us come out and talk about options. Jason, the owner, and Wayne, the sales guy, were very engaged as well. One or both of them showed up each of the 3 days the job was going to check on things and to make sure we were pleased and did not have any concerns. This company understands the importance of customer satisfaction and they take it seriously along each phase of a job. They also take great pride in their work, and they should because they do an awesome job from beginning to end. </p> <br />

Owner Jason came to our vacation home in St. Augustine at our convenience and discussed the job. He was easy to talk to and understood our requirements quickly. (We have small dogs, wanted the gate to cover our full two-car wide driveway, and to add a smaller swinging pedestrian gate.) <br /> Due to procrastination on our part, we did not get the parts ordered until rather latish to satisfy our desired install date. (We had a big event coming up at the house on Saturday.) HOWEVER, the parts DID arrive just in time and Jason's installer, Stephen (no relation) came out on that Friday and put it in. He carefully explained how to take it easy on the gatepost until the concrete set, and showed us how the pedestrian gate worked. He went beyond my expectations, staying until after 6:00 PM (on a Friday!), making a modification to the gate to get it lower, both for cosmetic purposes and to keep it dog proof. (We have pugs and needed it low to the ground.) <br /> Stephen then went WAY beyond expectations by calling Jason, explaining the situation, and arranging for a smaller wheel on the v-track sliding gate to lower it even further. Jason then acquired the new wheel and sent Stephen out to install it. Stephen had to modify the gate, cutting and fitting the new wheel, then adjust the height of the rolling tracks to match up. This was all done at no additional cost except for the part! <br /> We have been using the gate for several weeks now. It not only looks good, but does everything we wanted -- keeps small dogs in and operates easily. (Last weekend, just to show off to a visiting friend, I opened the 20'-long sliding gate with one finger!) <br /> I cannot say enough good about Stephen's Fencescape. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and will continue to recommend them to anyone mentioning a need for fencing.
