He responded to my quote request right away and came out quickly. Gave me an estimate that I agreed to. I hesitated to pay him 50% upfront because I've always been told that's how contractors rob people. The only reason I agreed to was because he had such great reviews, and he assured me he is a man of his word and that I could "rest easy". Well, after several no-calls/no-shows (the last one, I sent him THREE emails on the day he was supposed to come, without one response), I canceled my order. He said he would send my refund on May 25th. I never got it. Now he's refusing to send it, saying he already bought the materials. Not my problem. He should have been more professional. Nowhere does it say that the deposit is non-refundable. Now I'm going to have to file a police report. DON'T DO IT!

"sheryll there was a delay in getting the steel arched that was the only problem your gate has been built and is still here. I have great reviews because I do keep my word and never do bad business I have over 2 dozen people that will agree to that. The fact that you immediately went off the handle and were not willing to understand that we do not live in a perfect world and sometimes things happen. does not give you the rite to call me a thief when I tried to install your gate 1 day later then we agreed after the delay. At that point you told me I was not welcomed at your property. Your gate is built and is ready for install!!! it has been!! no one is a theif. I am not going to eat the cost of your gate because it was not ready till the day after we agreed and that's final."

Ed and his worker did a great job replacing my old wood fence. They worked one section at a time, so as not to expose my yard during the work. They were done earlier than expected, the fence is beautiful and has already stood up to some windstorms.

Ed did a nice job of removing and hauling a wooden fence from my back yard. He cleaned up the area after the removal. I would easily recommend him.

Could not have had a better company and man on this job. Ed worked very hard and the fence and gate could not have been better. The fence and gate looked great ! Would use him again next time!
