The 1st time Joel comes to give an estimate, he pretends to be your best friend, but he is a social engineer. His other website is: fence-now (with missing 's') He will give you the lowest estimate as a bait. If you fall for it & hire him - EXPECT THEE FOLLOWING - - HE WILL demand 1/3 of the initial estimate to start working. - HE WILL create unnecessary work & set the pace of his workers. - HE WILL rent everything from Home Depot and use unskilled labour. - HE WILL use housecallpro website to generate fake (no legal endorsement) estimates for you to approve & pay. - HE WILL keep creating new fake estimates by housecallpro website, few times a day, with each one asking for more $. - HE WILL use VISON2HOME, another fake company created by him, to charge your card. - HE WILL quit anytime when he feels he got the max $ from you. Joel's asked $12k for aluminium privacy fence. Later I found that the true cost of the project was like $40k. I lost $, time & nerves hiring him.

My experience with Joel far exceeded my expectations! I was linked to Fences Now via Angi to repair our backyard fence. Not 2 minutes went by after submitting my inquiry and I received a call from Joel. I took him through what we were looking to have addressed and I quickly realized they specialized in new fence installation vs. repair. None of that mattered to Joel! We has solely focused on helping me despite the scope of the project. I knew within 2 minutes of talking with Joel that his priority was service, something I believe is rare in today's environment. Leading up to the day of the repair, Joel was extremely proactive with his communication and incredibly professional through every step of the process. Not only did he fix the repairs I identified during our chat but he went above and beyond by adding a plethora of nails across my entire fence to provide additional support that will ultimately buy me a couple more years before replacing. I cannot recommend Fences Now enough. If you are looking for a new fence and a company that will put your needs first, call Joel and team. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
