Fence Works

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with “professionals”. They gauged a piece of our siding while installing the fence, they left very tag on each plank of wood, and the nails were sticking out up to an inch the entire way around the fence, which is a safety hazard. This was just lazy and poor quality work! I am upset that we chose to spend money with this company and would never recommend them to anyone! I wish I could attach pictures to this e review so you could see the crummy work that was done.

Matt came out to the house on June 5th to evaluate our fence and the work that needed to be done. Right away, my husband and I felt very comfortable with Matt as he explained everything his crew would do once they started the work. On June 6th Matt sent via email a complete quote which he had stated on June 5th and a contract. On June 11th around 8:30am, the Fence Works crew showed up and begin working. As they tore down the old fence they promptly removed the pieces and put them on their truck. They worked diligently removing the old and replacing it with the new. Around 3:00pm they had finished the fence and cleaned up. We were very satisfied with the finished product. Our neighbors even commented on how good the new fence look. Although we did not have the entire fence replaced, we now have second thoughts and plan to call Matt to come back and replace the rest of the fence. Also I plan to use Fence Works, LLC when we move into our new house to put up a vinyl fence. We loved the work they did and Matt is so professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Fence Works team. From the very beginning Matt was extremely responsive. He called me promptly, and then made it out to my house two days after I requested an estimate. After the initial estimate, I ran into some delays getting the project approved by my HOA. Matt and his team were ready to go, but unfortunately my HOA was not. Matt even came out and re-measured a second time due to some changes. The delays put me on a very tight timeline due to an extended trip necessary for work, and the HOA finally gave me approval only five days before I was supposed to leave. Matt had his team out to my house two days later, and my fence complete two days after that. They bent over backwards to make sure the project was complete before I had to leave. And even with the time crunch, the work they did was perfect. Matt's team leader once installation began was Mike. Mike took time to explain everything to me, and made sure to check with me if any questions arose. He even took the time to put some extra wood at the bottom of my fence near a low drainage area so my dogs wouldn't dig under it and escape! This was the best experience that I could have hoped for, even with the speedbumps that arose. My fence project could have very easily become a giant hassle that my wife would have had to deal with while I was out of town, but Matt and the Fence Works team made sure that didn't happen. Their responsiveness, coupled with their excellent work, makes it very easy for me to recommend Fence Works to anyone looking to add a fence to their property! A++

The Fence Work team did an excellent job replacing two portions of our wood fence and creating a double gate on one side and a single gate on the other. It all went very well and we definately would hire them again.

I received my original quote from Matt and it was higher the some other I’d received. But he was the most impressive. Hiring Fence Works was the right decision. They did a great job. I’m very hard to please but they were able to do it on the first try. Many of my neighbors have stop by to ask whom installed my fencing. I have no complaints and highly recommend you get a quote and meet Matt before you decide on another company. You will be impressed and they will follow thru!

Fence Works installed over 500 ft of fence, both chain link and mesh wire for us. Most of the ground where the fence was installed is uneven making it a bit more of a challenge. The end result is a professional job, a quality fence, and a happy customer. I love the fence. Fence Works did an excellent job. They completed the work in 2 days. They did what they said they were going to do and stuck to their estimate - no hidden costs. I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next fence project.

They were quick to get a quote, and easy to work with when I kept making changes. They showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. There were a couple of extras they had to do to match the existing deck. I could not ask for a better experience.

Fence Works did and awesome job. The fence looks great and it was down in a timely manner.
