It's not like we have a large bug problem, a few spiders, crickets, earwig here or there but having had them out multiple times now nothing has changed in the house. They will send someone out, and they will spray something but good luck if it does anything. Contract with cancellation fee, even if you're not satisfied they're going to charge you.

As I expressed to you multiple times on the phone, part of our service agreement is that we will return at no additional charge to you to service your home and take care of your pest problems. As pest control is not a "one size fits all" we understand that sometimes there are follow up services that are needed and we would have been happy to return to your home and perform those services and take care of that problem."

The sales and service representatives were (and are) very professional during their visits. The services are conducted very promptly and effectively. Since signing up with Fenix Pest Control, we have no signs of pesky ants and we see less hornets around the house and yard. We are very pleased with their services!
