Very well. After my first call to him to confirm his rate etc., we communicated by text and photo before the job. He showed up as promised, at the time promised, and did a very good painstaking job.He was willing to go with us to choose the right door for the job -- a little tricky since the existing structure was old. He asked us to inspect the job after it was done. He did not have a trip charge, and had a straightforward pricing method.

Jim is a fantastic option as a go-to person for all home repair jobs. We were in quite a bind to get a rental property up to code with a large number of fixes and Jim came in with affordable pricing and a quick turn around. He's a great communicator and provides you with options depending on the level of affordability you are looking for and how you want things to look. We have the pleasure of having him now work on our new home. He's our first call when things come up! I would highly recommend him to work on your home!

I tried to change the door knobs by myself in our new home but wasn't able to line them up correctly. I gave Jim a call as a first time customer and he was here promptly to take care of it for me. He was very polite and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him for more jobs in the future.
