Hired Mr. Manny for bathroom remodel. He did a great job actualization my vision for the project and he's been prompt in responding to fix problems after the project. Language barrier was a problem but we managed to make it work. I'll recommend him.

I hiredMr. Fernandez to remove leaves in my front and backyard. He was punctual and pleasant. He told me his price;I agreed and gave him a check and he did indeed keep his word and remove the leaves. I did think his price was a bit high since I also had to provide my own leaf bags. In the past I think the lawn care company that we had provided the bags;however, the bags are relatively inexpensive. My issue was not the cost,but the inconvenience of having to go purchase them. My experience with Mr. Fernandez was positive.

I hired them to do my leaves at the end of Fall and clean the leaves from the gutter. They did an excellent job - even getting pinecones, acorns and other such stuff (not only leaves)....

We agreed on the price Started the job paid him than destroyed my house and left the job without in half not complete because he did a mistake on estimate so he wanted double what we agreed on the contract
