Mike called me, but I had already booked someone else. Mike still helped me over the phone trying to trouble shoot my issue. We ultimately could not get it to work, but he still tried to help me at no charge. That is what I call great customer service! He will get my business in the future!

We previously hired Mike for several projects and trusted his judgment, even when earlier invoices seemed high. For this landscaping project, we were initially quoted $6,000?$8,000, but later received a $10,950 invoice for the front and side flower beds, including $8,000 in labor. Grass was another $4,800. We authorized removal of a retaining wall, but the adjoining patio was completely removed without our approval, creating additional work to relocate a drain. We paid $6,000 and paused the remaining work until the scope, charges, and completion plan were clarified in writing. That request went unanswered for nearly four weeks. When we followed up, Mike pushed for a meeting instead. After we clearly listed what was needed, he promised to send it that afternoon but never did. We are now left without grass or the side flower bed and must hire another company to finish and correct the work. I strongly recommend getting scope, pricing, and changes approved in writing before work begins

My microwave circa 1979 failed. I reviewed MANY units and found a Panasonic that I THOUGHT would fit perfectly in the space. However, it needed adjustment Mike was able to engineer the space so that the unit looks as if it was custom made. I believe Mike can do almost anything to accomplish perfection.

Mike was an answer to prayer. He literally called immediately after I had cried out to God for help when I had a no show from someone I was very optimistic about. High quality craftsman and artisan ship. Innovative engineering mind. Also a good teacher and explainer. He walked through my home and the quote with me carefully multiple times. He attended to all of my questions and concerns seriously and with care even though I am quite generally quote nervous and ask a lot of questions until everything makes sense to me and I feel good and solid about what is happening.
