Flavio and his crew came, were very prompt and appropriate. They worked diligently-and finished the job in a very timely manner. We were not in any way imposed upon-or put in a position of discomfort. When they finished with my kitchen, foyer, and downstairs half bath-my floors were more beautiful than when first installed. I felt so proud and my home was entirely renewed. I would refer to anyone to have FLG Flooring come to their home-they are truly professional-personable-and do EXCELLENT work. Fit our project in and made sure we were able to stay within budget without compromising the work. Our floors were so badly stained by those who lived here before us we didn't think they would ever look decent. After the refinishing they look amazing and the once terrible stains just add s little character. We couldn't be happier

Owner/manager very prompt and concise communicator. . . I never had that icky "can't get a hold of the person I'm paying" feeling. They all really know what they are doing plus it's a small company so quality is reliable. Friendly workers, On time. I might have could used a little more help with selecting the stain to achieve desired goal, but then again, I did not pay a custom price, so that's not very surprising. I suggest if you are unsure of color you want and how it will look on YOUR floor, the day of the job is not the time to adjust or decide . . . rather, see if Flavio(one of two owners) can work something out to help make this decision the day before (might cost extra because they need to do smaller jobs quickly in a standard way to be able to charge a standard price)

Very personable and easy to work with. Worked through the weekend to finish the job. Beautiful work completed on time as promised.

Satisfied overall, but there were some planks used that had gaps due to warping (manufacturer defect), and I think those should've been scrapped since there was plenty of flooring for the job.

Flavio and his crew did a great job of refinishing our hardwood floors and matching it up to the tile that my wife and I installed. The color is beautiful and so is the finish. I would just say be very careful with it (felt pads and all) as the stain has to cure for a very long time.

The floors are beautiful. The project manager was honest about what stains could and could not be removed with sanding. The job was scheduled and completed quickly. The workers were courteous and tidy. I will use this company again.

This is my second attempt at a review. The one I did via my phone apparently didn't post. Anyhow, we hired a sub-contractor through Thumbtack who turned out to be a total NIGHTMARE (convinced us to pay him a down payment before he started the job, didn't start the job when he said he would, tore up the carpet and left it there. Left trash, nails and wood chips everywhere, couldn't get a hold of him when we tried, there are gaps everywhere on the wood flooring they already installed, refused to repair the damages and resume work "because one of his guys has family issues" etc. etc.) After reading reviews on HomeAdvisor, I called FGL flooring. Owner Flavio not only took my phone call that night, he came out the next morning to survey the damages and gave me an estimate. His guys came out the next day, tore up the bad flooring job, professionally installed my new flooring, cleaned up after themselves and left. All of which was done in just two days. After living in an unsafe and disasterous house for nearly four days because of the unethical and unprofessional contractor, I really couldn't thank Flavio and his team enough for their AMAZING work. I absolutely love my new floor! I recommend FGL flooring to anyone. They're prompt, professional and offered a great price. I'll definitely hire them again.

The owner, Fl����vio, his professionalism, his workers, and the results of the finished product were exceptional! We were extremely pleased! Three bedrooms, hallway, and a living/dining combination all done in two days! Price was reasonable, the workers were friendly and did not waste time, and the owner Fl����vio went out of his way to make sure the job was right as well as to help us with his knowledge. We were more than pleased and would highly recommend this company!

FGL Flooring did a great job on refinishing my floors and replacing the quarter round. All calls are taken by the owner, Flavio, who is very professional and efficient and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the job they did and certainly the value for the money. I would definitely recommend them for your future floor refinishing project.

Their work is fantastic! We are so happy with our new floors and would recommend FGL to everyone. They refinished our existing floors and added hardwood to four rooms, a hallway, and our stairs in one week. Flavio noticed issues with our existing wood that other companies didn't even mention and he recommended a way to improve our stairs. His attention to detail was incredible and he even added an accent piece around our fireplace. He was very friendly and responded to all messages quickly. The final cost was about 5% higher than anticipated because he failed to include tax and delivery of the wood on our original estimate. Beyond that minor issue, the customer service was fantastic and he has continued to answer our questions about care of the wood after finishing the job. We highly recommend FGL flooring for their excellent work, price and timeliness.

I needed hardwood floors extended in my home and got a few estimates. I decided to go with FGL Flooring because Flavio was very professional from beginning to end. Flavio came and gave an estimate and explained the process very well. His crew came out, tore out the old carpet, installed the new hardwood, cleaned up and were done in a day. I was very pleased. Flavio didn't ask for any money up front, so you don't have to worry about someone running off with your money and leaving the work unfinished. Overall, great experience!

Our floors looks great, due to weather we had some unexpected delays, but the communication could have been better. Overall very happy with the end result! The floors are beautiful and well worth the cost.
