Very Professional and quick!

They were great and fast

It went very smoothly. The pool table was in a storage unit already disassembled. The pool table was not stored all together, it was placed in different sections of the storage unit. F&G made sure all the parts and hardware was there and had to tell the owner there were parts still missing, which they then found in the storage unit. Once they got to our house, they worked the entire time and worked very well together to make the best use of time. They changed the felt on the table and it looks great.

Contacted Baron and he answered right away. I explained what I needed repaired on my pool table. He quickly provided me with the exact price. I had to delay the repairs twice and they were able to accommodate me. I was able to text message back and forth to finalize the repair date. They arrived early and got right to work. I had a mess from all the drywall dust and they were well prepared with pads that they laid on the floor to keep the dust off my new Felt. When they finished the job I handed them a 5% off coupon and quickly adjusted my already low bill without a fuss. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting any service to their table. Service was great and professional. Needed a pool table moved and they were able to respond quickly. They moved the table from Independence, KY to Harrison, OH. They reassembled table and installed new rails and felt. Pool table looks brand new!
