He did everything the best he can. He fix the job he put up the right angle and he change the whirl and rubber. The whirling was bent because he put in the new the rubber was put in a a new angle. I want this company to be removed in the Angie list.

Excellent! It's been a full year since installment which provided me 12 months of various weather conditions to evaluate the efficacy and quality of my new awning. A+++ to both....and it's so nice to have protection from the elements all year long :) This was the first time in over 30 years I don't have to clear my porch of major snow and ice and it prevents my garage located beneath it from leaking. Had I done this long ago, I could have been spared the many headaches I had in the past. During the preliminary estimate visit, all my questions and concerns were well received and thoroughly answered. The team of installers were incredibly courteous, neat and proficient. The day after installation, during a rain storm, I noticed a slight issue. I notified the office, they scheduled a re-visit and it was readily solved. The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish! THANK YOU, Fiberama family! :)

our 16 old awning got completely broken by the wind we call fiberama people next day a reoresentative came did a thorough assessment and gave us a price we agrees 5 days later they came and put a new one they were very prompt, very high quality job will highly recommend them , very professional <br />

<p>Excellent all around, from customer service to sales to installation. The salesman, John was at my home on Friday July 3rd, and had the awning installed the following week on Wednesday July 8th. I could not believe the turnaround time for job completion, everyone else I contacted was giving me anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 weeks before being installed.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Like the commercial says "you'll be pleased" Well I am extremely pleased. I have been able to sit on my porch every</p> <p>day protected from the elements. I must add that I thought it was great sitting on my porch in the pouring rain and not get wet at all..</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The price though $400 more than another company, it was well worth it because of the workmanship, and speed of installation, not to mention the excellent customer service. </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I would highly recommended to anyone.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

We went to Fiberama with measurements and a picture of the house where the awning had to be installed. A salesman (Iso) helped us as soon as we walked in, looked over what we brought and gave us a price. The price seemed fair to us, not the cheapest or most costly. He answered all our concerns, we picked the awning we wanted, took a color chart to look over at home and made a date for him to come see the job and finalize measurements. He kept his appointment on time later that day and we gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated a 5 to 6 week wait for custom work. At 4 weeks another fellow from Fiberama stopped by to go over the measurements to make sure everything was right and at 6 weeks the awning was installed. The installers (Mike) were very good, he did a wonderful job and it took about 2 hours, maybe a little less. Fiberama did a great job from start to finish. I had picked 3 different colors and there were no mistakes on the colors or the measurements or anything. We had picked this company because 22 years ago we had them make an awning for over our back door and it looks as good now as it did then. <br />

<p>The installers were great...did a great job and cleaned up any debris that was cause on the work site. I also had a new door installed at my daughters house. The door is beautiful....the enhancement is making the house worth more. Same thoughts about the door installers...professional, sense of humor and know what they are doing. I couldn't be happier. We contracted Fiberama on Staten Island NY to provide and install a vinyl bay window on the front second floor of our home. This window replaced an existing flat window and was manufactured in Newark NJ to fit the exsting space by a company associated with Fiberama. <br /> Fiberama was professional and courteous from start to finish of this project. The installation contractor and his helper arrived on time on the specified date. The existing window was dismantled and the bay window minus the two side casement windows was carried up on a ladder and slid into place. (A previous contractor who gave a much higher estimate said that insallation would have involved constuction of a scaffold). <br /> Although the contractor worked swiftly and was obviously very competent, the job took the whole day and extended to the next morning. Installation involved constuction of a hood over the window and attaching steel cables to the stone work on the front of the house. Although the window was level it turned out that one of the casement side windows would not close entirely despite attempts to remedy the situation. <br /> As instructed I contacted Miki at the Fiberama office and she dispatched a representative of the window manufacurer and he was able after two attempts to adjust the frame and the window now closes. <br /> Although I was apprehensive about the asthetics of a bay window, my wife and I are very happy with how the finished product looks. We feel that it is a very attractive window. <br /> <br />

The job was perfect. The awnings were installed as promised. They are very sturdy and the larger one does the job keeping water from going down the steps to the basement entrance. The men who worked on it did a great job. When some additional caulking was needed at a later time the company sent a man out from Brooklyn to do the repair. <br />

They advertise that they cover the Bronx however it is very difficult to get them to respond to a need. They wait until they have multiple jobs in the area before they will respond to your needs. The initial contact and contract signing is prompt however if there is need for follow up after a job is completed and paid in full they make you wait until they are ready. I waited for 4 months for them to respond to and repair leaks in the enclosure. <br />

This is a great company that I would recommend to anyone. They did a very high quality job. I am very satisfied. It was a great experience. They were very professional. They did it on time. It was a decent price for their time. I liked their job. The product is still there, and hopefully it will be there for years to come. With regard to price, they are not cheap, but they are not too expensive. They are somewhere in the middle. I would definitely use them again in the future.

being a little nervous i only ordered the windows i figured if they didnt do a good job on windows then i wouldnt order the doors. they did a super job with the windows neat clean orderly they removed all the old garbage and cleaned every inch of my home the windows work great they did everything that the salesman said they would do. needless to say i will be getting my doors from fiberama. 100% satisfied <br />

<br /> and - lo and behold - he found a way to adjust the right garage door opener properly without any problem with the garage beam. <br /> On Aug. 15, 2012, we had a downpour. Well, my garage floor was very wet. I called the company, spoke to Nicky, and she scheduled the garage door man to return on Sept. 7, 2012. (He was on vacation she told me.) It rained very slightly today, Aug. 27, 2012, and the garage floor was wet again near the bottom of the door. I could not wait until Sept. 7th anymore. I called today and asked for the manager. I was connected to a gentlemen named John, who said he would come by Wed. to pressure test the seal. I am attempting to resolve this matter with Fiberama. I will file a further report after John comes on Wed. Aug 29th. To date, when I asked why there were two separate crews scheduled to work in my home (and garage) on the same day, the reply was so we would only have to inconvenience you for one day. <strong>Well no one ASKED ME what would be my preference!</strong> I would certainly have selected to have two separate days, so I could watch the work and make sure that the clean up was done properly. <strong><em> Secondly, it is outrageous that the garage door installer told me, first, and quot;I cannot connect these garage doors to your garage door openers. They will break the garage doors. It cannot be done.and quot; </em></strong> This, despite a Fiberama saleman, Nick, measured everything, and did not indicate there would be ANY problem in connecting my new garage door to my present garage door opener. <strong><em>Then, after he managed (somehow) to do what he said was impossible, he could not adjust the right door to open properly.</em></strong> <strong>Again, after a call from someone at Fiberama, he managed - again - to do that which he stated and quot; I cannot do this because the garage beam is in the way.and quot; How fortunate that I had the good sense to pay by credit card. One call and the credit card company will wipe out the entire $4,700.00 payment to them. </strong> <br /> What has been a nightmare, may turn out to be a case of poor workmanship which, hopefully, Fiberama will correct. I intend to file an updated review after Fiberama takes such action as they may deem appropriate to correct the problem with the leaking garage doors. If the leaks are resolved, then except for lousy clean ups, I would say that the new garage doors are beautiful. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: The service manager, John, came as promised and pressure tested the doors. He found an issue that could explain the water leakage. I accept that. However, I pointed out to him that the sides were NOT caulked at all, and that too could be the cause of the leakage. He returned and caulked the sides - he actually did a nice job in caulking this area. I haven't had any leakage since he caulked, but we haven't had a really heavy rain yet either. So, I won't know the actual cause of the leakage until after a good rain. <br /> <br /> Sorry this review has been so long. I hope it is helpful to anyone who may decide to consider Fiberama for the purchase of these products. <br />

i have to say the installation was great the doors look amazing. the installers did a great job, neat,clean, organized. At the end of the job a fiberama rep came to inspect the job and answer any questions i had. no question i will be calling them for my windows.
