They are always very professional. We’ve used them multiple times. They do a good job. I wouldn’t have any single complaint about them.

I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years. <br />

That went well.  They were just very professional and they were able to treat and remove the problem area as well they could. 

My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them. <br />

They came back two additional times since coffee stains can come back until it is completely gone from padding.  They are very, very nice. <br />

They did a great job.   The office staff is friendly and professional, and the technician was on time and worked quickly.  We had already had the carpets cleaned by another company 2 months earlier and I had not been happy with the results.  A friend recommended FiberXperts and they did not disappoint. They were able to remove stains that the other company couldn't.  We had cream colored carpet  bullnosed on stairs and the tech explained how difficult that is to clean, but they turned out beautifully.  <br /> They called me a year later to see if I wanted the carpets cleaned again - I do however I was in the middle of a remodeling project and am waiting until eveyrthing is finished.  I will definitely use them again. <br />

Office staff professional and organized. Cleaner likewise. Listened to my concerns and was interested in doing the job correctly.

I have used FiberXperts many times before and have always had a positive experience.  They do a great job cleaning the stains and removing the dog smell from my rugs.

They had come once before and did a great job, so used again.  But this second time I got a different person and it ended up looking worse than before.  It just does not hold up.  <br /> <br /> The second gentleman did hurry a bit  since I needed to leave for an appointment, so this may have effected the work, but I am not sure.  The areas of the staining has come back worse than before.  <br /> <br /> Also, the second time, they did not put plastic pad beneith furniture so I now have permanent marks on the carpet. <br /> <br /> I am more disappointed with the final quality rather than how they acted.

Rob arrived as scheduled, on Friday.  He began with the upholstered furniture, determining that it mainly required "parts" cleaning--three BIG round arms, mainly, but cleaned other parts, too.   <br /> The first arm, on the chaise, quickly came so clean it looked like new; I couldn't believe it!  One sofa arm was good, but I was outside when he did the other.  Before I came in, he had also cleaned the carpet, so I stayed out of the living room for a day and a half, just to be sure it was dry.  When I went into the living room, I expected everything to look like new, just like that first arm.  But the second arm of the couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, still disturbingly dirty.   <br /> The office called Monday morning to see how the job had gone and I reported the dirty arm, not certain that Rob had cleaned it.  She talked to Rob and called me back, saying she'd like to have him work on that couch's arm.  He was at my house again about an hour later!  He did both couch arms--and they now look great! <br /> Friday, when he was first here, was an overcast day; the sunlight in the room on his second visit made the dirt far more visible than the artificial light that he had to use on Friday.  And who knows, it's possible the drying process brought more dirt to the surface.   Whatever, I'm now a happy camper.  Two very old, almost-white upholstered pieces are no longer an embarrassment and will serve for a few more years. <br /> The carpet is clean but there's still a shadow of a couple of the urine stains.--just as they warned and just as I expected, as they WERE very old and had survived previous removal efforts.  But a few seem to be gone and the remaining shadows are no longer an embarrassment, either, as they're barely visible.   <br /> All in all, I'm pleased both with the service and with the unbelievably prompt follow-up.

Went seamlessly!

They did a  nice job of applying the coatings and coming out to the home when needed.  The only thing we were disappointed in was the price that it costs to get this service and the fact that they did not get all the stains out that occurred.  

I have used FIBERxperts before and been satisfied with their service, but this time was extra-special.  They scheduled our service when we wanted it.  Joe arrive promptly and quickly priced the job.  He was here for about 3 hours. We are getting ready to sell our house.  The carpet is about 16 years old and with two dogs (including a new one with a few housebreaking issues)  the carpet was VERY dirty and looking worn.   I was certain we would have to replace the carpet, but Joe's work took YEARS off the carpet.  Even the stairs do not look old and tired!  I think he has saved us a lot of money!  The drapes look good too.

Arrived on time, Met the dog, I went to work. When I returned it was finished.

As has always been my experience, FiberXperts did a beautiful job. The areas that were "in service" turned out very nice; the white area rug (a Stainmaster carpet) looked like new; and the technician was able to remove all traces of the cat vomit from the chair cushion.

Everything has gone very well. They do a good job cleaning. They come out promptly if I request them to.

They are not cheap, but I have tried others and I really like Fiberxperts. I like the way they do business and I will continue to use them.

They were good.

They provided next-day service to clean traffic areas and some vomit spots on 2 expensive area rugs. Rob did a great job and the spots were completely removed. FiberXperts had a price increase from $150 to $180 since the last time we used them.

Joe did a fantastic job and was able to remove some nasty dog vomit stains from two of the rugs. He was thorough and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.
