I am writing this review with an overwhelming sense of disappointment and frustration concerning my experience with Fidurko Brothers Construction, led by Brian and Patrick F. In all honesty, my interactions with them have been nothing short of a complete letdown and a source of immense irritation. Their construction work, to put it mildly, has not only failed to meet basic building codes but has also created a dangerous situation that I cannot ignore. From the very outset, Fidurko Brothers demonstrated a remarkable ability to fall short of their contractual obligations and commit to fulfilling the commitments that were outlined in our agreement. They consistently missed multiple deadlines, leaving a trail of unfinished work and disregarded documented deficiencies and material defects that both parties had agreed upon and acknowledged needed immediate correction. What makes matters even worse is the complete lack of effort and the poor quality of workmanship on display. To say that I received subpar service would be an understatement. The issues extended beyond shoddy work, as I was subjected to verbal abuse and threats from the Fidurko Brothers team. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and has contributed to my decision to terminate our working relationship and exercise my legal rights in this matter. I wish to highlight that I have scrupulously fulfilled all of my contractual obligations by making prompt payments as the work progressed. In stark contrast, Fidurko Brothers have failed miserably in delivering results that are even remotely satisfactory. The work completed on the siding, deck, and garage projects is of abysmally poor quality, with numerous unfinished tasks and code violations persisting across all three undertakings. Compounding these issues is their blatant disregard for the pre-construction drawings. The Town of Great Valley had to step in and issue a Stop Work Order as a result of this negligence. Despite being notified promptly of the defects and given an opportunity to rectify the situation, Fidurko Brothers have shown an unwillingness to comply with the Notice to Cure addendum, which was mutually agreed upon, signed, and notarized. Furthermore, their so-called employees and sub-contractors have displayed a lackluster and sporadic work ethic. Brian and Patrick Fidurkos failure to personally oversee the workmanship and obtain the necessary inspections reveals their negligence and a glaring lack of professionalism. It is crucial to highlight that according to the Town of Great Valleys Building Code Law, Fidurko Brothers refusal to address the Directed and Ordered Stop Work Order is a punishable offense. The remaining balance of $12,350 and the unused materials from the original garage proposal are hereby forfeited by Fidurko Brothers. An additional $50,700 is owed to rectify the code violations and poor workmanship as agreed upon in the signed addendum, along with an additional $21,512 to remedy the Stop Work Order. In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how deeply let down I am by the services provided by Fidurko Brothers Construction. Their inability to meet their contractual obligations, their dismal workmanship, and their overall lack of professionalism have caused not only significant inconvenience but also financial loss and emotional distress. I strongly urge anyone considering hiring Fidurko Brothers to proceed with extreme caution and exercise due diligence. I have also posted my experience on other sites, so potential customers can be made aware of my unfortunate encounter with Fidurko Brothers Construction.
