Figma Construction

The wood flooring was not great install quality. The carpet was a good price and great install quality. The grouting was not great. The paint job was poor quality and THOUSANDS of dollars more than competitors. They claimed they could do the whole job in a week. They started the job on time and rushed through early work, then didnt show up for days at a time. The job took 4 weeks to complete, causing my listing for sale to be delayed and more than 10,000$ loss due to reduced sale price. I would not use their services again.

We chose Figma for our project because of the great reviews, unfortunately our experience with Tony and Figma was far less than great. Shortly after we cut the check, the original project manager, Luca, stopped responding to my inquiries regarding the timeline. I called Tony directly. Tony was aware he had stopped responding to me and even admitted I was not the first customer to call him about the same issue. However, it took me calling him to get something done about it. This should have been our first red flag, but Tony had our money and seemed like a nice guy. But nice doesn't get the job done. I had to follow up with several vendors myself just to get the materials delivered, the permits were never applied for, even though Tony assured me they were. Once materials were delivered they sat in our driveway for 2 months along with a giant hideous yellow dumpster, and no movement on the project what so ever. We became the bud of all jokes in our neighborhood and we had our HOA breathing down our neck about the project. I was in constant contact daily with Tony but nothing he ever promised came to fruition. He finally sent someone out to dig out for the footers and lay rebar, something that I have since learned should not have been done without having permits. I imagine this was done because I was regularly texting and calling Tony about getting the project started. It was a way of appeasing me, I'm sure. Not long after the hole was dug and Tony had no permit to show he called me and said he has to close up shop for at least the rest of 2021 due to medical issues and will be refunding us our money minus the materials. So, here we are 6 months after cutting Tony a check, several lies and empty promises later, and we still do not have a front porch. We had to call on our friends and neighbors to help get materials moved so the dumpster company could come pick up the dumpster out of our driveway. Tony was no help. This review is only a brief synopsis of what we had to deal with over the course of 6 months. This simple project turned into a NIGHTMARE due to pore management and lies. Figma was a headache to deal with and a waste of our time and money. We were left with quite a mess to clean up ourselves.

Tony came out and immediately knew what we wanted and was in constant communication with us to make our dream a reality! We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend him for any job! You just need an idea, and they take it from there!

Figma repaired multiple damaged wood and gutter sections at eight places on two story house. Required multiple visits from different subs. Finished work blends in perfectly - no sign of repairs. Project manager Allison did professional job of explaining the work and coordinating subs. No stress on homeowner!

Quality work, under budget and fast. Figma Construction has a professional, qualified and honest team. Mike and Kevin, carpenters, did quality work and an excellent job communicating when additional rot was found after siding was removed, Photographed the area, discussed repair approach and got my authorization before beginning work. Allison, project manager, made repeated inspections throughout the entire process and communicated frequently. She even identified repair work missed, that I didn't remember as part of our contract! Figma's painting and gutter contractors also had professional, qualified personnel that did excellent work. I contacted three other contractors and Figma's estimate was very competitive. Even with additions/changes, which we suspected would happen, the final cost was under the original estimate The work was completed much faster than what I though it was going to take. They started within one week of our contract date.

Very professional, owner was very helpful during planning, architectual and design phase. He understood my needs and preferences. His crews were skilled and efficient. Pricing was competitive, fair and well worth it. Will use them in the future and will highly recommend them

Wow, thanks for the low stress and high quality remodeling experience. When my roof needed to be replaced I was not looking forward to dealing with a contractor, I have found many are unprofessional and unpleasant. From the first contact Tony and his team were easy to deal with, detailed and precise in their information, and are true craftsman. I have a large roof and they were able to perfectly install it in one day while not leaving a shred of debris behind. This last part was key since we have a toddler waddling around the yard. Thanks for the best remodeling experience we could have asked for!

Figma construction did an absolutely fabulous job with replacing our windows. Had all 30 windows replaced in a single day. Tony is always quick to respond and gives extremely reasonable prices for the work. I’ve hired them several more times because the quality and price are so good. Highly recommend them!

A few weeks back, I had a massive leak in my roof that was draining through my attic. Luckily I found it quickly enough and Figma was able to fix it before the hurricane came through. Love these guys.

Figma construction did a great job preparing my home for sale. Because of their good work I got max value on our sale. I will be using them for work in my new home as well.

My experience with Figma was as I hoped. I met with multiple contractors to decide which one would be best for me. I believe each of them could have completed the job .. however, what I was looking for is who not only could complete the job BUT do it in a professional manner. All of the contractors were close in price so how do you choose? I was looking for someone who would communicate the status of the project, show up when they said they would, clean up as I expected and who would ensure that I was 100% happy with the overall completIon of my roofing project. An example of the this was when I had questions along the way and even a week after they were finished they were very responsive to any/all my questions and concerns. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Figma Construction for any project.

We hired FIGMA Construction to do a deck for us to improve on our backyard. Tony and his team were very professional and met the deadline he set for the project via the contract. I would highly recommend FIGMA Construction for any remodeling needs you may have.

I cannot say enough great things about FIGMA Construction and especially Tony. We needed quite a bit of siding work done on our home, as well as a few other touch ups. Tony’s knowledge and attention to detail when it came to explaining the project and time frame was impressive to say the least. In my experience we received a level of service that just typically isn’t found in the construction industry for the most part. All work was completed on time and professionally. The crew and all guys working on our home were accomodating and quite pleasant. We are so grateful and happy with the end result. I would HIGHLY recommend Tony and FIGMA Construction, and in fact we will be using them again probably next year to have several windows replaced.

Figma Construction does great work at competitive prices. They have fine attention to detail and clean up thoroughly. I would definitely check with Tony as he is knowledgeable and has great ideas on finishes.
