The work was absolutely terrible. He wasn't there more than 3-4 hours with his partner. So we're talking almost $100/hr for absolutely atrocious work. The trim added around the attic access holes was literally falling off within less than 24 hours. They also left handprints all over the walls and ceilings. The trim on the cabinet wasn't even close to flush. On one of the doors he was supposed to adjust, he literally cut a huge chunk out of the edge of the door - so yes, it closes but it's not a rectangle anymore. He didn't install two of the strike plates or one of the doorknobs. When we asked for him to come and fix things, he said he could. Then he said he just didn't have time. We were under a time constraint so my husband literally had to spend around 20 hours fixing all of his mistakes. We asked for at least a partial refund and haven't heard back for over 24 hours. I hope no one else has to experience this.

Great. My mom had already ordered french doors and they came to do the install. The doors we had ordered had been damaged upon arrival, at no fault to Fincher's. They did a PHENOMENAL job at making these doors work and look as good as new; you cant even tell they were once damaged! This was the 3rd company we had called to complete this project, but this was the first and only company who remained 100% true to their word. Fincher's also cleaned up every bit of the mess the job may have created, unlike other companies we had used previously. Very punctual, down to earth, reliable, and have very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to others.
