Not reliable to show up for work, poor money management, poor time management, does not have a reliable team, job estimated at 14k paid in cash $10,200 and only had part of the subfloor 4-5 peices installed and 4-5 sheets of sheetrock installed no taping or mud. Gave co tractor money to buy vinyl flooring and he was 5 boxes short. I asked him to finish the flooring and walls only and then to discontinue any further work as I had paid for that much to be completed up until that point and he refused saying he doesn’t work for free. Contractor used Covid 19 as a reason for not finishing The flooring but I had problems with his reliability and money management prior to Covid 19. Find someone else.
