He's a scammer. Took 1/2 of my money as a downpayment and then went no contact. Looks like this is a pattern. I've definitely learned my lesson. What a terrible human being.

Horrible contractor. Not trustworthy and a thief. Was going to use him for some electrical work for my father in law asked for 1/2 down ($1250) which we gave him because he'd done work for us before. Showed up promptly to get the check. Kept giving us the run around about doing the actual job and actually no showed. When we asked for the deposit back he ghosted us and refused to answer his phone or return texts. Check his BBB and you'll see he's done this before. We ended up running a background check on him after the fact. We definitely should have done this first if you get my drift. Not trustworthy. Do Not Hire!!!!

The job was supposed to done for 1100.00 dollars with half down which I paid 550.00 cash for. Finn electric sent 2 servicemen over for the job, they removed the old motor and took it with them. I haven't heard anything from them since. I've been calling them every 2 to 3 times a week with no result. When I call the answering machine picks up and ask you to leave a message but no one returns my calls. This has been going on since July.

Luke did a good job at a fair price. Even came in a little less than was originally quoted. We had a few hiccups in the beginning due to labor issues but the job got done pretty timely

The job went fine and Luke seemed like a good guy but Luke does not come with any paperwork nor will he provide you with any paperwork. Says his work has two year warranties on work but again no paperwork. I've tried multiple times to get receipts and paperwork on the work that he did on my house. He responds right away to get the job but will not answer after the job is done.
