Upholstery and Furniture Cleaning Service
This was company was very good with communication and prompt with replying back and also took their time to clean my furniture and area rug for a nice price. I was exceptionally happy with their service. Recommending them to anyone and they also do car detailing and will come to you home. I will give them a 10 out of 10.

Brad tells me when it is better to replace than clean. He is punctual. He pre-treats spots, without up-selling. I manage about 20 properties. Brad/Finesse is my go-to guy.

Super work. Had some bad stains in the carpet in one of the rooms. He got them out of the carpet. Our carpet, have had it about 3 years now, is a bit worn from being walked on everyday but it looks new again. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone. I’ve submitted a before and after photo of the job.

Amanda was very pleasant to work with, and promptly emailed a quote to me with the date/time of my appointment and instructions. We were having our entire two-story house cleaned (along with the master BR walk-in closet) and a few rooms protected, and I felt the price was reasonable. Communication was excellent. Brad arrived right at my appointment time and went to work. He was professional and attentive to detail. I have used other carpet cleaning services before, who seemed to leave me with very wet carpet when they left. I was amazed at how dry my carpet was by the next morning! The technician showed up on time, did a great job, and even sent me a picture of the progress. I was out of town and my mom met the technician and he even helped her set the auto clean function on the oven. What can I say? I'm more than pleased and would deffinately hire this comany again.

Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and professional. Brad, who came to my house and did the work, was awesome. Loved talking with him and felt 100% safe leaving and going back to work while he worked at my house. They did a great job, even getting out black stains in my cream colored carpet that were there since before I moved in 3 years ago. They came out in less than a week from initial contact. My only regret is taking so long to call them!

Excellent as usual! We have had Brad out to our home a half dozen times in the last 7-8 years... wall to wall, area rugs and stairs! Never anything short of excellent... quality, responsive, professionalism and fair price! Would recommend him to anyone in a NY minute! This last visit, he even found a small drip drip water leak coming off the in-house hot water heater! Fortunately, only a few days old.

The process went well from start to finish. Brad came out to look at the job and give us a bid. He spent time with us, explaining the process and trying a test spot. When we asked him to do the job, Amanda set up the time for the work and kept us informed when there was a possibility Brad might be a bit late because of a bigger job right before ours (he made it on time). Brad did the work quickly and well, cleaning and sealing the tile. It looked and still looks like a brand new floor. In fact, some of our friends thought we'd bought new flooring! Amanda checked with us a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the work and to see if we had any concerns. Of course, we had nothing but praise for the work Brad had done.

Beautifully. Brad was very friendly and professional. He was here for about 1 1/2 hours and I was surprised that he got my carpet so clean especially in the walkways. I love it and am so glad that I chose his business. I will definitely use them again.
