Finesse Rapid Removals

"The client and our company agreed to a total amount and we even stopped by the day before to do an on site quote of which we agreed on the cost. I took pictures of what the client pointed they needed removed and we agreed that a 10 cubic yard truck would not be necessary for the task and it also save the client $250 of which they agreed and set the date of the removal for the next day. Upon arrival the next day the client gave us a hard time and was extremely rude because we were a bit late. We had already began the task and the clients husband basically stated he would deduct $200 from our pay because of the lateness and if we did not agree to start removing their trash from our truck. We could not agree because it would be like doing the task for free so began removing the garbage however he changed his mind and calmed down and agreed to the same price again. After the task was completely done the clients husband (of whom was on site the whole time and again tried to cut our pay by $200 of which we did not agree because we had already brought all his garbage to the dump and paid out of our pockets. He even added more garbage that was not previously quoted in the pictures of which we took care of. We had to go dump twice and out of pocket. He continued to be rude and was even flirting with my helper(female) which was unprofessional and made her uncomfortable. He kept trying to get her to privately clean their Airbnb on a later date to get her alone. Anyways there were no bags of rubbish tossed anywhere else but at the dump yard of which we are licensed by. We are Angie’s super service 2020, 2021 and 2022 recipients and we have never had this kind of issue or complaint. I have receipts of the dump for this task. The clients husband again reached out to us with threatening message so we did not respond and blocked them to prevent any further provocation. I do not feel safe or comfortable interacting or working with this client ever again and would rather take the negative review although I feel it should have been a better review because the task was still completed as agreed and even was given accolades at the end by the client and her husband. Our company does not tolerate bullying of our business or workers and we are excelling on other platforms as well not just Angie. Thank you"

"Be aware of clients like this, they have you do the job then decide to pay you what they feel the job is worth. Total waste of time. Ignorant people like this client need to be banned from this platform. Had to contact the police to collect even the partial payment."
