They responded quickly and answered all my questions efficiently. When I decided to have them do the job it didn't take very long to get an appointment. The staff that helped me move some items was very polite and respectful. I would recommend them and use them again.

Rodney was so polite, jovial, kind and efficient at staying in contact with me before the move. He worked very hard. On the other hand, he consistently under estimated the time it would take to get tasks done. That meant a lot of extra waiting e.g. he arrived about 1 PM when the move was to start at 10 AM. When they started loading, I noticed there was no cover for the mattress. Once we finally arrived at the destination, a 5 hour drive, he did not have a hand truck or dolly. That was surprising since I assumed all movers would automatically have those tools. Luckily he borrowed one from the super. There were some small gashes on my 7 foot armoire. The electrical cord to my recliner was never found. It was so late when they were done unloading that he asked me to reassemble some items because he had to get back home - still a 5 hour drive. And he was so very exhausted. Unloading was arduous - there was an elevator and a longer walk than usual to get to the wing of the apartment.

Very good guys fast and efficient

Rod and his team took care of my mom’s move from upstate New York to New Jersey. They were very easy to work with and took very great care of furnitures, exercise equipment, boxes and etc. I definitely will hire them for my future needs. Thank you, Rod and team!

We bit off more then we could chew trying to unload a heavy, fully-loaded pellet smoker and needed to find help. Mr. Finewood was super quick and friendly when calling to give us an estimate. We spoke early in the evening and he was able to squeeze us in for the next morning. He and his two wonderful helpers arrived on time and were able to get us set in just a few minutes. In short, fast friendly, excellent service, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely call him again.
