I arrived at the shop unannounced and received very good and personal service. Kevin looked at the chair carefully with all its splintered pieces and asked if it would be okay for one of his woodworking friends to look at it to ascertain whether he could build a new leg. A couple of weeks later, the chair was repaired with a new leg and stained to match. It looks great! I plan to bring more pieces to his shop for repair. <br />
