Fink's Paving, Excavating and Concrete

Excellent, they did a great job!!

Excellent! They worked with our schedule; let us know if they were behind; all the work was done professionally; the results looked fantastic and they helped us put a little decorative stamp into the concrete. The helped us with putting in a nice curve too. It rained right after the job was done and they made sure to cover everything with plastic so the concrete would not be damaged while it was curing. It was a big messy job but they cleaned everything up and left our yard as neat as possible. Very nice folks, friendly and easy to work with. We are calling them again for more work later.

It went excellently. Did have to wait my turn to get the work done (60-90 days beyond original date) but was well worth the wait. Needed to support the garage structure to pour under it, after cutting out the sunken portion, all of which was handled professionally and completed in a day. The crew returned ina few days to remove the support posts and forms. I have some other incipient cracks and possible future problems. Will bring back Derek and his crew in a heartbeat.

They did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They were very punctual and very hard working. It was worth using this company.

Responsiveness was excellent--from responding to request for estimate all the way to the actual paving. The graveling and grading was done when they said it would be done and they were also true to their word in keeping to the schedule for the paving. The crew was prompt, professional, efficient, super competent, and did a really nice high-quality job. The driveway looks terrific and I paid a reasonable price for it. I consulted many other companies, but they were invariably more expensive but without offering superior quality. Finks' Paving was the best choice and I wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again if I moved and needed asphalt services again!

Fine.

I don't know if I would necessarily use them again but I don't know much about their competitors either. They were okay. The pre-paving grading was not quite satisfactory.

Everything was performed satisfactorily. We felt one corner was a bit low and might cause water to pool so they returned and patched that area so it was up to grade. <br />

Overall it went very well. Fink's was very responsive to questions. If the person I was talking to did not know the answers, they told me who to contact and that person would respond within a day or two. Their answers to our questions were straight forward and honest, not wishy washy. Fink's was on-time and on budget. What more can you ask for? The price was much less than the competition so we were a little worried about the potential quality of the driveway in the beginning. Our neighbors had their driveway done by Fink's and have been very satisfied. We have had the driveway for almost a year now and there are zero issues so far. <br />

I knew from the moment that Derek Dahlk from Fink's stopped over to provide us with an estimate, that he would be the person doing the job. I didn't even have the price yet but felt through his professionalism and can-do attitude, that the job would be done correctly, professionally and on time. <br /> After receiving the go-ahead, he was right on time when he said he'd be here and within a week, all the work was completed to our satisfaction. They were very careful working around the back yard around the in-ground pool, shrubs and fencing. All the cleanup was done in a professional manner and Derek went out of his way to ensure complete satisfaction. With landscaping not being a part of the original deal, he brought in additional black dirt and spread it for me. This is what true customer service is all about and Derek is all about satisfying his customers. <br /> In addition to Derek, I would also like to recognize a few of his assistants that were at the site during the entire job. Beages and Murph also understand the customer-first philosophy and went out of their way explaining things to me, being very meticulous and thorough. <br /> I would highly recommend Derek and his crew from Fink's for any concrete job. If I were to build a new home, they would have the job, most likely, without obtaining an estimate first. Fink's was not the least expensive of the six quotes that I received, but as I stated earlier, it was Derek's professionalism and can-do attitude that made my selection the right one.
