"Hi, Derrik. We appreciate the rating, and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!"
"I have checked my records back five years and have no record of this customer. She claims the work was performed 6/20/2020. I challenge her to produce an invoice going back 5 years. This person is clearly not credible."
"I am the owner of Finn's Pool Service and I am happy to respond to this incorrect assesment of why the pool was leaking. The owner drained the pool two years ago so he could paint the pool. He failed to remove the hydrostatic plugs in the pool when he drained the pool. These hydrostatic plugs allow any underground water to relieve itself through these openings. We found that the drain pots actually lifted out of the shell and lucky for the misinformed pool owner relieved the underground water pressure. This could have lifted the entire pool out of the ground. I would like to use this as an opportunity to explain any pool owner who is considering draining there pool to think twice before doing it. I never billed this customer for diagnosing his mistake and only asked to be paid for the weekly service, opening and closing. He decided it would be fair if he deducted $ 500 from his bill and shocked I did not want to come back and continue working for him. I worked for this customer a little more than a few years as he claimed. My records date all the way back to 2002."
"I believe this customer left out one very important fact. I explained to him that I originally had planned on using a hammer drill to install the cover but had drilled a very similar stone the week before and had problems with stones cracking. In an effort to prevent this from happening I suggested using a core drill to insure that this would not happen. I explained that core drilling is usually twice the expense because it requires twice the labor to drill with it. In an effort to keep with my original quote I said I would use the core drill instead of the hammer drill if he would pay for the bit. I thought given the newly acquired information I had on the stones we should not use the hammer drill and prevent a possible problem. I assumed this was a fair compromise and that we were both in agreement. I thought by spending an extra two hours with no monetary gain to insure we did not have a problem would have been appreciated but it was not. I try to keep my customers happy but clearly this is some one who could not be pleased."
"This customer must have me confused with another company because I have never worked for them a day in my life. I don't even service this area. Remember if it is on the Internet it must be true."
