OUTSTANDING...FROM START TO FINISH! I contacted Fireplace and Granite Distributors based on a friend's recommendation, after seeing the granite countertops they had installed for him. We primarily worked with Tracy. She came by our home and measured for the countertops, then provided us with quotes for several options. She was very patient with us as we worked through the process. This part of our kitchen remodel was just under $11,000.00, so we took our time to be sure of our decisions. Everyone we worked with was awesome. The countertop installation crew, as well as the backsplash installation crew were great. They knew what they were doing and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Fireplace and Granite Distributors and look forward to working with them again when we remodel our remaining bathrooms.

Tracy did a great job helping us select our products and keeping in touch during the whole process. Everyone who came for the various installations were on time, did excellent work and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

My kitchen is now beautiful due to Fireplace & Granite. Their work is beautiful & they make it right. I haven't seen a seam in granite as beautiful as mine yet. I am so pleased with the work. My parents and brother have also used them.

Great Top notch service, quality install, on time, workmanship was excellent

We visited the showroom, picked out the quartz, confirmed the price. A representative visited our home to take detailed measurements. I provided my own sinks and he took one, so the cut out would be the correct size. Within 2 weeks a team came to the house to remove old countertops and install the new ones. Team was very efficient, put pads down to protect floors, careful in removing old countertops, installed new countertops and sinks, and cleaned up. Fireplace & Granite provided the best price of all the dealers we visited. Great company to work with.

Great ordering process and excellent installation

Project delayed several times, did not do a good job sanding and a lot of debris in the paint. Had to do a lot of touch up (they offered but we were done with them at this point). It’s been 4 months and the paint is starting to peel in spots.

They did an excellent job from start to finish Tracy. and her team are amazing. I highly recommend

Does not work properly, and vendor stop taking calls

It went great! John was punctual, thorough and obviously knew what he was doing. Very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Good and bad. The work was quality, and the counter-top was very nice, although the guys scratched up the wall, requiring owner mending and repainting. What was bad was I asked them to save the old sinks, which were in excellent condition, and F&GD knew I needed to reuse the faucets. I told the lady all this when we were drawing up the contrack and she told me to let the guy know when he measured for the template. We told the template guy and he wrote down the sinks and faucets were to be savedon the template. Howver, the sinks disappeared and I was told "it's not on the contract." F&GD refused to even look for them. Worse, a part to the faucet was lost and I could not find a replacement, making one faucet useless. Fireplace and Granite eventually got a replacement drain, but I had to go pick it up. Even worse, the part did not fit and required retrofitting, costing me even more in plumbing fees, not to mention the cost in time. I will never use these people again.

Work was so bad that someone had to come out an redo the install. Second time was much better, but the first guy left black spray paint on my driveway. Not a good experience at all. I think they primarily responded because I didn't pay the final bill until they did.

It went great. Working with Jenn was wonderful. She was very helpful in selecting the granite and has a great eye for design and colors to coordinate the granite the new cabinets and floor colors. Ed was very professional and informative when doing the template and the installers were professional and quickly completed the install.

Did an excellent job. The price was fair for work done. Gas logs are working fine.
