Patrick and Premier Fireplace & Pellet Stove Services have been nothing but great to me. I have had some recent issues with my pellet stove and Patrick was able to diagnosis the problems and help me get my pellet stove back up and running. Prices are VERY reasonable and Customer Service is second to none. Very Professional, communication is great and OVERALL Service and happiness from this customer is over the moon and back. We should have known something was not right when he had to be called three separate times to find out when he was going to show up. He arrives at approximately 8:00 pm after scheduling an appointment for 6:00 pm. He attempted to call into question if brand new parts recently installed in our pellet stove were in fact new (wanted to see the packaging), he burned out a brand new part and then tried to lie and say he did not burn out the new part, he broke another recently installed brand new part and once again attempted to lie to say he "didn't do it" when my husband was standing right over top of him and saw what he'd done and called him out on it -- how he had broken another brand new recently installed part!!! Mind you both of these parts were installed on January 8, 2026. This guy, Patrick Allen and or his company are not licensed through the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC). Patrick phoned in answer to my search for someone to repair my pellet stove. Our initial phone call was great! Patrick has a level of professionalism mixed with honest empathy. He was knowledgeable on the subject of pellet stoves and patient with the ramblings of a newly widowed person whom had been let down by many repair people recently. When he arrived-he went over my stove with a fine tooth comb and found the problem. He showed me what he had done to find the issue and explained how he was going to repair it. He made sure I understood. He has to order parts but will return to finish repairs. Patrick and I will have an ongoing working relationship over this stove. I would recommend Patrick to anyone needing competent and caring service. He knows his stoves!

Installed 2 wood burning fireplaces for me even though his main business is pellet stoves and gas fired fireplaces. Also cleaned and inspected my old fireplace and chimney.
